Ponyta neighed as Oma came slithering back onto the field. This terrain suited both of them, so this was going to be tricky. Oma wasted no time in trying to finish the fire horse off, launching a snaking path of water mant to trap the horse. But Ponyta was pretty rapid, dashing left and right to evade the sprays.

Po: -3E +2 Spd ~~ Oma: -4E

Ponyta kept the awareness going, and Omastar tried to strike her with a massive blast of water this time. This supercharged Hydro Pump would have been the end for Ponyta, but she accelerated so fast that she was able to get a lead on it, jump over its magnificent spray and run in an arc wide enough so Oma couldn't redirect.

Ponyta took the moment she created to try and get her attack in finally. She dashed over as Oma finished that Pump and slammed her foot on his shell. Oma winced a bit, but decides to quit aiming, and forced a Surf to billow up from this area. Ponyta began to dash left and right...but when an attack covers the whole arena side that yer on...yer kinda screwed.

Ponyta was a little high strung. So much that she whipped up a barrier to try and deflect anything coming her way. Oma stared at her for a moment, and then snickered. Tentacles began to wave, before winds blew. Awww crap. Sandstorm FTW? Ponyta stamped her anger, as the sands plinked off her hooves. (-1)

There had to be a way out of this predicament. But the sands kept grating against her. Omastar dug underground, to Ponyta's confusion, as she sped around. trying to be ready for anything. Too bad noting was coming for her.(-1)

The speedy horse looked to her tail, and then to the ground, ready to buttsmash this little oysterwannabe ammonite...THING to the stone age. Oma burrowed up rather fast though, tripping Ponyta up and felling her. The sands would have done it anyway, but yeah, that's how you take don a racehorse.
