Carbunkle starts to hiss and rear its tail up as crown reaches for his next Pokemon. Her psychic ability gives her the clarity to note the Escavalier that forms as a phenomenal threat. Immediately she divides into 4 clones, all while the armored jouster flies at her and tries to disable teh mental master with a hefty set of strikes.
The clone shatters, and Carbuncle group backs up.
Kn: -7E ~~ Car: -3E +2 cl.
Knight flies toward another Carbuncle, hoping to lock onto the real one. But the Espeon digs terribly fast, and managed to get out of range of that skewering blow. Knight hovers over the hole, aggravated. The others didn't leave a hole, but would they all reappear?
Kn: -8E ~~ Car: -3E
Nope. Knight learned this the hard way as Carbuncle shot back up and tackled him from behind. The Eeveeloution bounced off the of the bug and tried to clear space, but that now left her open. The jouster flew after her and managed to bite her tail!
She hissed and tried to swat that bug off, but he let go just in time, giving Carbuncle a nice sore tail fork.

Knight was having a bit if a rough time dealing with all this erratic movement. Carbuncle didn't make it easy either! A flash illuminated the immediate area, and Knight was barely able to block it out of his eyes

The fact that anyone could still see was a shock to me, let alone Knight. But Carbuncle wasn't done. He ran over as the bug regained his bearings, and flicked a nice healthy swat of Mud in his face! In immediate fashion, both lances pointed out and Knight bombarded forth. His violent lashing was able to tag the Espeon, and Knight went to town, Zorro'ing up Car's hide.
Kn: -7E/-4H -Acc ~~ Car: -3E/-14H
Carbuncle was not pleased with that, and slinked a few steps away. Those few steps saved Car, as Knight went ramming off course-jettison himself back and forth in all directions. Car stayed low to the ground, in order to avoid being struck-but his eyes were glazed over. Seems the future was being watched.

Who knows when it will strike...

Knowing a rogue bolt of power was somewhere in the universe ready to squish him, Knight tries to end this swiftly. Carbuncle take the rash decision well, yawning even as the pokey bug comes in close and dances around his now would be target!
The movements start to get slugging, and Carbuncle backs away slowly...
Kn: -3E +2 Atk Drw~~ Car: -2E
Feeling a little tired already, Knight flies forth and tries to ram Carbuncle into the ground. Funny thing, Carbuncle swiftly evades this by digging in the ground already! Knght ends up getting his headdress stuck in the hole Carbuncle made...and falls asleep upside down.
Kn: -8E ~~ Car: -3E
Before Knight even gets a chance to really sleep, he's struck again by a now fleeing Carbuncle. Seems the ground is not a nice place to be for too long. Knight bounces a few yards left, just in time to receive a crazy fast blast of spiteful energy! (-5) Yipe!
