    AYEUN'S SAFARI ADVENTCHA!

    Platrin Plateau
A strange, mysterious temple set high in the sky. You can only enter the road to the temple by releasing the seal chanted by the ancients long ago. There are two shrines, one in Sunshine plains, and one in Grave's Yard. They are inconspicuous, the Grave's Yard shrine is a maouselum of sorts. Here, you will find exceptionally strong Pokemon in the various rooms and spaces of this ancient land set high in the sky. If you are lucky, you may stumble on a Legend or two?

    ‡ Round 123 ‡

Suddenly, everyone--even the Compassion Maiden--uses Flash. The hallway ignites with harsh light and you're forced to shield your eyes from the glare. Your Pokemon stop using the move until the Compassion Maiden's light is the only one that illuminates the hallway.

You blink a little and peer around. With fleeting horror, you realize one of your party members is absent.

    How do you proceed?

You perform a panicked search of the corridor, but find nothing. You try to search in the direction of the noise, but it isn't that simple. It's like the noise just happened and then stopped without an origin or destination.

Looking over, you see the Compassion Maiden looking especially tense.

    ‡ Round 125 ‡

Bellossom doesn't seem to be able to smell a thing. You ask everyone if they saw what happened, but nobody seems to know. The Compassion Maiden, however, speaks up.

"That sound," she says slowly. "It was so familiar. I think... I think I heard that noise when I was taken. I think, perhaps, in the darkness... someone confused your Pachirisu for me and mistakenly kidnapped her instead. Oh my, the Strength Maiden should not have insisted that we do this. The culprit might try to come for me again. I'm a danger to myself and everyone around me.

"Listen, I really must return to the Judgment Shrine. It's the only safe place in the whole temple. Take a right at the end of this corridor and you're at the library. The password is Multitype. Good luck!"

If we let you go, then there is a bigger chance that you will be taken as you make your way back to the shrine.

If we keep the flash up, we have a chance of seeing who is trying this should they try again. AND they will show us where Pachi is.

So stick with us. Bello, take point with a Flash, and stun spore anything that charges us. Sketcher, take the rear with a Flash, and use Stun spore on anything charging from behind.

    ‡ Round 126 ‡

With Bellossom and Sketcher forming an armed guard for your party, you cautiously progress toward the library. You soon arrive at a set of two gilded doors.

"Multitype," the Compassion Maiden whispers timidly.

Suddenly, a lock clicks and the doors swing open. You enter and the light from Bellossom's and Sketcher's Flashes spill out into the chamber. Like everything else in this temple, the library is enormous. Shelves upon shelves of books line every wall, forming passages and corridors like a labyrinth.

"We'll need to have our wits about us," the Compassion Maiden explains. "The library is the Intelligence Maiden's domain. All the Maidens know the password, but rarely do we ever come here. I believe she has it rigged with traps and puzzles in order to keep intruders from thieving her precious books."

    ‡ Round 128 ‡

You take the left route. After a short walk down the corridor of bookshelves, you come to a dead end. A shelf blocks your way and, before it, you see a podium bearing a sheet of paper with writing.

"It's probably a riddle or puzzle of some kind," the Compassion Maiden says. "If only the Intelligence Maiden knew the measure she put in place to protect her tomes were being used to stop her potential rescuers..."

    You read the paper.

Ordering these Pokemon will be no chore
If you begin with what's less and end with what's more:

Conkeldurr, Cryogonal, Farfetch'd, Gastly, Torterra, Vaporeon, Whirlipede, Zangoose

    ‡ Round 6 ‡

Shuppet eyes you suspiciously for a moment before letting your excuse pass. Phew. However, she decides not to accompany you. Gastly seems interested in the idea, but one harsh look from Shuppet and he hangs his head and lets you depart.

"The Rotom colony is in the Western Woods," he whispers in your ear when Shuppet isn't looking. "However, they're awful loners. You'll have a tough time trying to convince them to take down Honchkrow and his Murkrow cronies."

    Worth a shot, though.

    From less to more?

Well, Farrech'd, Cyogonal and Zangoose dont evolve, so they are 'Less'

Vaporeon and Whirlipede are mid forms, so they would go in the middle

Gastly, Conkeldurr and Torterra are final forms, so they are 'more'

    Right?

We can look in the ferns. Are there any electrical devices that might contain a rotom? Yurei, see if you can use your sense of smell to track the rotom that was presumably in there, and possibly see what has singed the bushes.

You get Yurei to approach the ferns and start sniffing around. The Rotom's electrical odour seems to be leading right into the soil. As Yurei sniffs closer and closer to the ferns, the electrical aura surrounding her body sparks as it comes in contact with ferns.

Then, without warning, a large mechanical door opens in the ground.

"Access granted," an automated voice says.

We'll go in. If they ask, we're from another region and we got here through a phone. Let's see if we can find their leader and ask for their help.

You list off the Pokemon in the sequence you believe to be correct. Suddenly, the bookshelf blocking your path slides out of the way and you're free to carry on. You and your party members cheer. One down, er, how many to go?

You approach the site of the next challenge. Just like last time, a slip of paper sits on a podium. You read it carefully.

You are a renowed Pokemon trainer. Recently, you have defeated the Elite 4 and attained Champion status despite only owning the following fifteen Pokemon:

    Girafarig
    Gligar
    Heracross
    Xatu
    Scrafty
    Rotom
    Houndoom
    Durant
    Deerling
    Walrein
    Magnezone
    Vileplume
    Bastiodon
    Crustle
    Gabite

As a reward for your success, you're allowed to take home any one of the fifteen starter Pokemon. However, you're extremely selective of the Pokemon you own and refuse those that don't meet your strict criteria. Thus, you decide to get a Bulbasaur from Professor Oak because it is the only starter Pokemon that fits your requirements.

    Why do you select Bulbasaur?

You, Yami, Yurei and Aikoku follow the horde of Rotoms toward the meeting hall. Everyone congregates around one large and wise-looking Rotom who peers humourlessly over the masses.

"I think you all know why I've called this meeting tonight," it says gravely. "The threat the Murkrows pose to Grave's Yard is an immense one. They're marking specific territories for themselves and bullying any Pokemon who treads upon these areas. Soon, they will own the entire region. Presently, we're leaning toward a motion of non-action. Since our colony is hidden beneath the soil, the matters of the Murkrows don't largely affect us. I will, however, open this issue up to the floor. If anyone has any reasons for us to go to war with the Murkrows, speak now."

    We'll speak up.

But if these murkrow have the nerve to take over the graveyard above ground, what's saying that they won't find a way to take over down here? Plus, what about when we want to go above ground? Who knows how they'll react when they realise we live here? It's too unpredictable. All due respect sir, but do we really have the right to sit here doing nothing when we have a real advantage over these birds?

"That's absolutely ridiculous! They will never figure out how to get into our base. It's much too cleverly hidden. Moreover, who cares if we have to put up with a little bullying here or there when we go up to the surface? It's nothing we can't tolerate! After all, isn't it our Rotomly nature to adapt to different situations?"

Oh, trust me. They could find us easily. In fact, I saw a group of three pokemon and a human sniffing around the entrance of the base earlier. With the assistance of an electric type pokemon, they could easily get in here. If one human and group of pokemon can find the entrance, a huge gang of pokemon can too.
