Arbiter folds his pinchy Scizor arms and smirks. By all measurements, everything seems to be going according to plan and he continues seeing that plan through by Buzzing madly. The gusting air cast off by the rapid wing movements beats and buffets poor Tomo who once again Tickles that Scizor like there’s no tomorrow. Arbiter lets out a giggle then scowls. Damn, that’s really getting annoying!

Arbiter keeps up the Bug Buzz barrage while Tomo, on the other hand, continues laying on the effects instead of striking. A calculated move or a hapless blunder? Time will tell. For now, Tomo spits out a little glistening seed that lands neatly atop Arbiter’s head before taking root. What could this mean?

Suddenly, Arbiter’s wings go entirely still and the rest of his body follows suit as Paralysis sets in. No! As a result, he’s a sitting duck as Tomo bounds closes and rubs a little Sleep Powder all over his opponent. Arbiter’s eyes are the only thing moving as they close, sending him away on the Sleepy Train with a direct route to Napsville (population: Arbiter).
