You decide to pull the wool over Torkoal's eyes with the oldest trick in the book as the pair of you waltz into the holding room. Houndour struts around looking all officious while you, on the other hand, try to look like a prisoner who's about to be set free... whatever that looks like.

"Afternoon," Houndour says to the Torkoal gruffly. The old Fire-type tortoise peers at you both with bleary eyes. "We're setting this young human free today. I just need her possessions and she's good to go."

"I see," the old Torkoal wheezes. He doesn't seem to be able to speak more than a few words at a time without drawing a sharp breath. "All personal effects... are indexed under... the badge number of... the arresting officer. What... is your badge number... so I might fetch her... possessions?"

"Um..." Houndour says, peering at you with a worried look.

You whisper something under your breath. Fortunately, Torkoal seems to be a little hard of hearing, so he doesn't notice.

"Forty-two," Houndour says confidently.

Torkoal then plods off to peruse the shelves. When he returns a moment later, he brings with him a tin of olives, a glow in the dark harmonica, two tickets to the Celadon Opera House, a Great Ball, a moldy biscuit and a lewd photograph of a scantily clad Kangaskhan.

You don't know whose possessions these are, but they're certainly not yours.

"Is something... wrong?" Torkoal asks after catching a glimpse of Houndour's uncertain expression.

"Hrm," Torkoal says softly. "I believe... I saw a box... filled with those... somewhere around here..."

He shuffles off and returns with your actual possessions this time. He passes them over to you.

"We hired... a temp recently and he's... rather bad at his job," Torkoal explains. "My sincerest... apologies... for his labeling error."

You accept your possessions and step back out into the hallway. You click open Yami's Pokeball and realize that it is, in fact, empty. Opening the others as well, you discover that none of them have anything inside.

Suddenly, a siren goes off and you hear a voice over an intercome.

"Attention, a prison break has occurred," the voice says. "I repeat, a prison break has occurred. All personnel should be on the lookout for one male Houndour and one female human."

Well, sounds like Flareon woke up.

You're not sure where you're going, but you hurry down the hallway. You can hear footsteps in the distance and, soon, several angry Quilavas burst out a nearby door. Upon seeing you, they lead a charge in your direction.

You huddle close to Houndour and he uses Faint Attack to teleport you away. You reappear one floor lower and can hear the sound of the Quilavas stomping about upstairs. At the end of the hallway, you see a lone Magby. The Magby peers at you with wide eyes.

You start sprinting away, but Magby chases after you. You and Houndour come to a sudden halt and you huddle close to Faint Attack away, but Magby snatches onto Houndour's tail and teleports away with you.

You reappear one floor lower with Magby there as well. Houndour growls and lashes out with a quick swipe, causing the Illusion to drop. Yami stands before you looking relieved to have found you. He explains that he escaped his Pokeball when nobody was looking and has been searching the prison looking like a Magby for hours.

Suddenly, your reunion is interrupted as you hear a rush of footsteps come from a nearby set of stairs.

When several armed guards spill out the staircase in search of the escapees, they don't see a Zoroark, a Houndour and a human but rather three Quilavas. They peer at your Illusory forms before continuing their hunt.

You decide to continue your search upwards and climb about a million flights of stairs, passing the occasional unsuspecting guard. You step out into yet another nondescript hallway, but can't seem to figure out where Yurei and Aikoku could be.

You see a Ninetales at the far end of the corridor searching around, but the normal colouring makes it clear that she isn't Yurei.

You, Yami and Houndour hurry down a flight of stairs until you reach the third floor. There, you see a number of cells filled with Pokemon and, at the very end of the corridor, you see two adjacent cells in which Yurei and Aikoku are hunched over miserably. They peer at you fleetingly then look away, fooled by your Quilava Illusions.

You see no guard and aren't sure how you're going to let them free.

How do you proceed?

Approach them, and Yami can fleetingly drop the illusion for a second so that they know it's us. Then Yurei can use Faint Attack to get out of the cage, and I can withdraw Aikoku if possible, and if not both Houndour and Yurei can use their combined Faint Attacks to get Aikoku out. Yami, keep up the illusions and give them to Yurei and Aikoku too.

You briefly allow the Illusions to drop in order to let Yurei and Aikoku know it's you. Yurei uses Faint Attack to escape her cell while you recall Aikoku with his Pokeball. Yami passes on Quilava Illusions and, with that, you're ready to hightail it out of here.

When you turn around, you realize you're not alone. The three Combuskens who apprehended you stand in the doorway and they seem to have brought company in the form of a tall Blaziken. You wonder quickly if they saw your Illusions drop.

Your wondering comes to an end as the four Fire-types fire Swifts at you and your Pokemon. The Swifts leave painful welts on your arms and legs and strike your party members. With that, the Illusions are no more.

A maelstrom of attacks and status moves ensues. The imprisoned Pokemon nearby watch as various Flying-type attacks and even a few Hypnoses get fired at the Combuskens and Blaziken, who retaliate with a series of Fighting-type moves of their own. Houndour even uses a Nasty Plot followed by a pair of Shadow Balls at one of the Combuskens, but finds himself on the receiving end of three of Blaziken's mighty Focus Blasts that devastate him mercilessly.

After the first couple of attacks, it looks like things are roughly even, though with the Combuskens all asleep, you might be able to pull this off.

Bellossom returns to battle once again after a little time on the bench. She shoots off a pair of powerful energy attacks at Celebi and doubles over, exhausted. While Bellossom recharges, Celebi drifts close to your little Grass-type and begins lashing out with a series of unbearably strong Aerial Aces. The onslaught and the sheer power of Celebi's Attack proves to be too much for Bellossom.

After a long adventure during which she bravely toiled, Bellossom is at long last defeated.

Your Pokemon peer at you nervously as you recall Bellossom. Pachirisu returns to the fray and tries for an epic combo, but Celebi merely throws up a Protect, rendering it useless. You're about to throw the Ultra Ball, but you're momentarily stunned by the sheer force of Celebi's Giga Impact as she powers her full body into Pachirisu.

Your poor Electric squirrel doesn't look like she can take much more of this. However, as Celebi's energy levels bottom out, her health begins to deteriorate.

Finish off the Blaziken Aikoku with a load of Air Slashes, and Yurei use Confuse Ray on Blaziken, followed by Dream Eater on the Combuskens and make sure that they stay asleep by using Hypnosis when neccessary, and Yami can accompany Aikoku with defeating the Blaziken with Aerial Aces, and then move onto the Combuskens when you're done.

All of a sudden, the Combuskens fire off Snores in unison, targeting Yurei. She tumbles backward and flinches, unable to move. Aikoku tries to finish off Blaziken with a series of wicked Air Slashes, but the Fire-type is just a little too powerful for that. He retaliates with a trio of Focus Blasts back at your Braviary, leaving Yami to finish the job. With a speedy Aerial Ace, Blaziken falls.

Houndour uses a trio of Sludge Bombs at one of the Combuskens, but all three then target him with Snores. Ouchies. Yami continues Aerial Acing another Combusken while Yurei eats some dreams. However, all three soon fire off another Snore at Yurei, landing a second flinch. At this point, they all wake up, leaving Yurei unable to put them back to sleep.

While Celebi recharges, there's nothing she can do as Pachirisu unleashes a Thunder Wave her way. The electric current flows through her body, causing Paralysis. Sketcher starts Sketching False Swipe as Celebi, fully recharged, delivers the final blow to Pachirisu. A simple Cut does the trick, defeating your little squirrel after a valiant fight.

Sketcher steps into the fray and Paralysis sets in for Celebi, locking up her muscles entirely.

Tauros is given the shock of the century as Bruiser simply lays into him for seemingly no reason at all with three Cross Chops! What a terrible thing to happen to you after answering the door! Infuriated, Tauros knocks Bruiser back with a powerful Take Down and begins Thrashing about, swinging his horned skull toward Bruiser again and again.

Aikoku folds his wings in and promptly Roosts, enjoying a nice boost in health. He then proceeds to Air Slash the shit out of the nearest Combusken. Yami, on the other hand, delivers a pair of airborne slashes and an eruption of Dark-type energy while Yurei puts her Extrasensory skills to the test. Houndour goes for a few Flamethrowers, though their effects are nothing to write home about.

The bids fight back with three Hyper Beams all at Yami. After a moment of recharging, then then fire Hyper Beams at Yurei, Aikoku and Houndour.
