Round 13

Neo returns Dratini, sending in a small little chicken, who belches a small puff of smoke. Wolfsong sends in a blind dinosaur into play, going by Nick. The two, almost in unison, start to focus their energy to fight more efficently, and something tells me that this can go both ways. (Torchic -4PP focused, Nick -4PP focused)

Nick gets the first blow and stomps onto the ground, sending up a pile of soil onto Torchic. (Nick -6PP, Torchic -13HP) Torchic starts to think... can she do that? She pecks at the ground, and amazingly enough, soil erupts out of the ground and piles over Nick! Amazing what fast food can do. As this occurs, Nick feels that his mental defences are a bit down now. (Torchic -5PP, Nick -7HP -SPDef)

Nick gets angry at Torchic for copying his style, and then concentrates his dark, evil energy into a wave of darkness, that passes through Torchic. As it passes through, Torchic coughs for a few moments, completly unable to react for the moment. (Nick -7PP, Torchic -7HP flinched)

Round 14

Whatever that lizard-wannabe is doing, it sure ain't going to distract Torchic! She scrapes her talons on the ground a few times, probably looking for the right kind of sharpness that is in between "Minor Scratch" and "Wolverine". (Torchic -4PP, +Atk +ACC) As she finishes, Nick blast out a small wave of energy, shocking her slightly. It's paralysis fool. (Nick -4PP, Torchic paralyzed)

At first, Torchic does not realize that this paralysis may be a problem, but when her muscles lock up, then she realizes she is in trouble. Nick vents up his frustration and rage, then focuses it into another wave of darkness, but he aims it wrong and barely misses the chicken. (Nick -7PP)

Torchic takes the missed attack as an oppurtunity, so she runs up to Nick and scrapes his neck pretty badly with here talons! Little dude, might want to get a Band-Aid and a haircut. (Torchic -6PP, Nick -8HP -Def) Torchic though is in point blank range for Nick, so he blasts her with another wave of evil nasties, flinging her a few feet back. (Nick -7PP, Torchic -7HP)

Round 15

Torchic gets up from the previous attack, then spits out a purple blob of slime that lands quite nicely on Nick's face. As he gasps and spits trying to get the stuff off, he acidentally swallows a portion. (Torchic -5PP, Nick badly poison) Nick spits on the ground trying to get the awful taste out of his mouth, then calms down and starts to focus. His adrenaline starts to rise steadily, giving him a boost in power. (Nick -4PP -1HP, +Atk, +SPAtk)

Torchic is happy seeing that her previous attack went fairly well, but that paralysis kicks in again, stopping her in place! Nick takes advantage of Torchic's dilemna and his high special attack and makes the ground under Torchic explode! She gets flung into the air, bumping her head on impact with the ground. (Nick -6PP -1HP, Torchic -13HP)

Torchic gets up with a few bruises, then exhales a small blue fire ball. The fire ball zigs around a wavy motion, bumping into Nick, at which then it explodes into a puff of flames. Nick's skin now feels very sore, and just moving hurts now! (Torchic -5PP, Nick burned -2HP) This new ailment just further decreases Nick's tolerance to Torchic, then blasts another wave of his rage at Torchic, covering her once more! At this time, both Nick and Torchic's concentration start to dip down to normal levels.(Nick -7PP, Torchic -7HP, no longer focused)

Round 16

As Nick attempts to calm down, Torchic quickly runs up to him and deals a nasty peck at the neck! She hits a certain muscle, causing Nick to buck down for a moment. (Torchic -6PP, Nick -12HP -Def) Nick shrugs off the pain, then creates another explosive burst of energy under Torchic's feet, flinging her into the air. (Nick -6PP -3HP, Torchic -13HP)

Torchic lands on the ground, with a reasonable thud, but gets up immediately. The damage she has been taking is putting a toll on her stamina, but she starts to put that low stamina to good use by tackling into Nick with surprising force! (Torchic -10PP, Nick -20HP) Nick slides back several feet, but manages to regain balance. He starts to throw out some insults at Torchic, saying that she'd fit right in with a soft drink and some fries. Ouch, cold. (Nick -5PP -3HP, Torchic taunted 3 actions)

Torchic is now very flustered, and refuses to take a little nap! She runs towards Nick, but then stops after realizing a large shadow looming over her. She looks up to see a HUGE meteor falling from the heavens! She loses her bravery and immediately attempts to run away, but it is too late as the meteor collides with the ground and explodes! Torchic gets engulfed in the blast radius, while Nick scrambles to a safe distance avoiding stray debri. After the explosion subsides, there is a large crater with a hurt, but concious Torchic. (Nick -11PP -3HP -2SPAtk, Torchic -15HP)

Round 17

Torchic gets up from the wreckage from the meteor impact, with several bruises over her pint-sized body. But as she comes out, she gets hit by a rage-induced Nick! (Nick -7PP -4HP, Torchic -9HP) She gets ready to counterattack, but her paralysis continues to bug her.

Nick continues his assault on Torchic, proceeding to give the chick an electrical chomp on her side! Ow, one attack just keeps coming after another, but something seems off about Torchic. Suddenly, she grabs onto Nick with a talon and swings him towards a cliffside! Torchic seems to feel a bit satisfied from that attack while Nick is surprised from what happened... (Nick -6PP -19HP, Torchic -8PP -3HP no longer taunted)

Guess one good time goes for another as Nick repeats the chomping attack, though now imbued with a dark energy. (Nick -6PP -4HP, Torchic -5HP) He makes the mistake though of letting go of Torchic, who then proceeds to blast a huge stream of flames at him! Even with his natural resistance to flames, it still hurts pretty dang bad! (Torchic -11PP -2SPAtk, Nick -8HP)

As this portion of the fight starts to draw to a close, Torchic jumps into action and quickly tackles into Nick! The blow itself is not very powerful... but Nick was near defeat when it happened. With that one blow, Torchic manages to claim victory for this portion of the fight.

Round 20

After Wolf and Neo return their Pokemon, they send in new monsters to fray. Neo sends in a small little eel that floats above the ground, while Wolf sends in a salamander/duck named Warrick.

Warrick starts off by spitting out a wave of fire that then engulfs Tynamo, creating a tornado of flames! Despite this, a surge of electricity zooms out of the flames and slightly shocks Warrick.

(Tynamo -4PP -5HP, fire spinned 2 rounds)---(Warrick -6PP, paralyzed)

That eel attacked while inside the flames... well that shouldn't be troublesome. He spits out a etheral ball of energy into Tynamo's direction, but that wall of fire blocks the orb and bounces it into another direction! Warrick looks stunned upon what occured, but when a high-frequency beam of energy comes out of the tornado and electrocutes him, he starts to realize this is going to be tougher then he thought. Some of that leftover energy Tynamo used goes back to him, increasing his power.

Warrick tries to get up from that blow, but his muscles start to lock up and prevent him from moving. Tynamo repeats his electrical power and shocks Warrick with another beam, though this one has more juice in it.

Despite the minor success he is having so far, that fire tornado still is painful andis roasting him alive.

(By the way, Fire Spin is preventing Tynamo from moving and hurting him, but it is also blocking some low powered attacks on both sides. Confuse Ray got blocked by the Fire Spin, but Thunder Wave got through due to being high energy. Both Fire and Electricty are similar because they have a high temperature. Basically, Electric and Fire attacks can get through along with more powerful techniques like Hyper Voice or Shadow Ball, but weaker ones like Water Gun or Pin Missile are toast.)

Round 21

Warrick gets up from the electrical beam that he just endured, and is ready to start taking this seriously. The thing is though, his reaction time is a little slow and he gets zapped by another beam of lightning from the fire storm, plus another spike in the electricity gives Tynamo some additional power to work with. Even then, he gets up and creates some illusionary copies of himself.

(Tynamo -7PP, +SPAtk)---(Warrick -6PP -7HP, 3 clones)

Tynamo is still stuck in that tornado of flames, and he notices there are now four Warricks he has to deal with. He decides to take a chance and fires another beam at a Warrick, but it simply disappears. Warrick takes this chance to inhale, and then exhales a kanji made out of flames that flies into the storm. Unlike the Confuse Ray from earlier, it passes through the storm and scorches Tynamo nice and raw.

(Tynamo -7PP -11HP)---(Warrick -10PP, 2 clones)

Things continue to heat up (Ba dum tish) and Tynamo is having difficulty now. He fires another beam of energy at a Warrick, and it simply passes through the copy. Even though he did not hit anything, the energy still works wonders and boost his already high Special Attack even higher. Warrick was about to counterattack, but paralysis kicks in and ruins the moment.

Round 22

Finally, after some difficulty, Tynamo lands a hit on the real Warrick with another Charge Beam. After those boosts, it really deals some nasty damage, and it just continues to grow in power! Warrick winces for a moment at how humiliating to get beaten be an eel would be, but he then heaves in and spits a stream of magma at Tynamo, scorching him quite nicely. Oh, and it even leaves a cute little burn. How sweet...

(Tynamo -7PP -7HP, +SPAtk, burned)---(Warrick -8PP -9HP, no clones)

Again with his tactic of spamming Charge Beam, and again with Warrick getting zapped by it. He manages to get a chance to spit out a stream of fire to cook the guy further, but this is getting annoying for Warrick.

(Tynamo -7PP -9HP)---(Warrick -9PP -10HP)

And for the 8th time in a row, Tynamo shocks Warrick with another beam of lightning, and Tynamo continues to accumulate additional power. Warrick blasts another kanji of fire to keep up with the eel, but it is kind of hard to figure out who's in the lead or what.

(Tynamo -7PP -11HP, +SPAtk)---(Warrick -10PP -10HP)

The burn and firestorm continue to hurt Tynamo, but the storm finally fades away, allowing Tynamo to move again.
