Alright, Ti, this is your first battle, so let's make it count! Start things off with Hone Claws. Follow that up with Dual Chop, and then Assurance!
Hone Claws ~ Dual Chop ~ Assurance

I'm one for cheap tricks, really.
So I'm guessing this will be no surprise, Grey.

Toucan opens up by in a female litwick, Grey counters by tossing in his Tiamat, a female Axew. Tiamat open the battle by sharping her claws.(Axew +1acc +1atk. -3PP). Litwick follows her commands, cuts here hp, and lays a curse on Tiamat! (Litwick -25%hp -8pp/Tiamat Cursed).
Tiamat feeling no pain, compared to her opponent, releases a Dual chop. (Tiamat -5pp/Litwick -8hp) Litwick links her self with Tiamat and shares her pain. Upon doing so Litwick seams to feel a bit better.(both Pokemon's HP stand at 83, Taimat Cured -5hp)
Taimat finishes with Assurance, Perhaps to make her self feel better! at any rate Taimat Smashes down on her annoying rival. But Taimat's to late as Litwick Protects her self! (Taimat -8pp, Cured -5hp/Litwick -13pp).

I like your interpretation of Curse :3
Hmm, we'll start with Trick room! Now, we'll use Toxic, unless Grey goes about with something like Protect or Dig, so, instead, use that action as a chance to chill. On the next attack, if Axew is poisoned by Toxic, use Hex and deal 'massive damage'. If Toxic missed, then use it again, if Toxic missed and Axew uses a protecting move, chill. If Axew is safeguarded or Toxic didn't work on any other reason than missing, then Shadow Ball it up.

Litwick opens round 2 feeling rather good about its self, it opens up for its first attack; However,
Tiamat starts to run around Taunting the little Litwick! Litwick wants to open up a trick room but cant get her mind off of Tiamat.
(Litwick -0pp Taunt/Tiamat -6pp Cursed -5hp))
Litwick wants to retaliate by sending a Toxic, but she cant! Tiamat, the only that seams to be-able to attack sends out her own toxic, it hits dead on!
(Litwick -0pp Toxic/ Tiamat -6pp Cursed -5hp))
Litwick finishes her part of the round by performing a chilling hex! While Tiamat attempts to finish her opponent with a Night Slash.

Does Toxic really count as an attack? Because being taunted means that you can only attack directly -- not with status ailments and the like...
-Grey
tu-du, im sorry i missed both the taunt's full effect and lasting. i made the changes. is it better ^-^
So Taunt will be lasting 5 more actions? Or 5 actions in total? S: Because 5 more actions is way too much, according to this it has a maximum of 5 actions.

Alrighty then, three misses in a row? What's that, let's see, evasion increase is 1.25%, so 58% chance of missing, then 20% then another 20%, that's 2.32% chance of missing three times in a row. Ah, well, such is life, freak events like that happen.
If Taunt is used, then use Inferno, we need to burn this sunnuva. If Taunt is not used, use Confuse Ray. If, by the second action, Tiamat is not burnt, use Inferno, if it is, use Hex. If, by the third action, Tiamat is not burnt, use Inferno one last time. If she is, use Hex.

Hm... you might wanna adjust Tiamat's HP levels, since she took damage that round.
-Grey
Humm...well...There's a problem there: If Taunt is used, then use Inferno.
Taunt wasn't used. Confuse Ray should have happened first. Then Inferno. Then Hex.

There's another problem though -- Litwick is slower, much slower in fact, than Axew. Shouldn't Tiamat've gotten her clones off before the confuse ray hit anyway?

i really set pokemon is the same speed range, even if tiamat would have attempted to start making her own clones, the confuse ray would have hit. therefore stopping her from making clones.

Let's try Protect + Endure, seeing as Protect will move before taunt. And then another Protect after that.

Gonna use your own Pokémon against you...
[Mothership] Magnezone [Genderless]
Ability: Magnet Pull
We'll need to Paralyse him, or inflict a status. So, if he doesn't use something like taunt or safeguard or something that protects him from status problems, use Thunder Wave. If not, we'll try Zap Cannon. Then, if he is paralysed, we'll either use flash, if he's not taunted us, or, if he has, Signal Beam. If he is not confused on the last attack, Signal beam, if he is use Thunderbolt. If he is still not paralysed on his last move, Zap Cannon.
