I'll take you on if that's okay.A slot of mine just emptied.
Who's up for this?
Single Battle, 4 Versus 4
I'll send out my Pokémon first, then the other dude sends out and orders attacks. And then I order my attacks.
DQ Time:
5 days
Arena:
In the centre of the Atlantic Ocean is a floating platform, well, by floating, I mean it floats on the water. A Metallic Platform that floats using rather large airbags underneath. There is no land able to be seen on any horizon, water Pokémon can surf in the water, but will require an action to get back up onto the platform. Underground moves like Dig cannot be used (Dive can, seeing as there is water, but it was only be used on Pokémon in the water). Earthquake will only shake the platform. All weather effects twice as long.
C'mon then!

Yutaka Minobe & Takayuki Maeda - "Bombardment 2"
ROUND 1
We are surrounded by miles upon miles of saltwater. How we got here is a mystery, and how we'll get back is another story. Challenger Toucan Sundae, who is, quite possibly the worst convection ever thought up (an exotic bird in ice cream? psh...) boasts to his rival -- Oslo, the Norwegian capital, about something I can't quite comprehend. Oslo summons his pokémon first: a plucky bonsly named Charlatan. Sundae responds by sending outa belduma porygon named Kaku. Immediately upon entering the battle, Kaku analyzes Charlat's unique ability and copies it.
Charlat begins the first round almost by running forward. However, as soon as he catches the electric fizzle of Kaku's thunder wave, he pulls back. Remembering his master's orders, Charlat envelopes himself in a protective veil that merely reflects the weak electric current right back to Kaku, paralyzing the electronic duck in his stead.
CHARLATAN : -7PP // @Rock Head -5PP, +25% Par : KAKU
Feeling confident, Charlat rushes forward and slams harshly into the porygon, who's still cursing at his master in binary for that first attack. WHAM!, Charlat collides with full-force, using his sturdy head to keep the recoil damage to a non-issue. Kaku, meanwhile, prayers to the skies -- summoning a shimmering brightness to envelope the arena.
CHARLATAN : -10PP // -12HP, -7PP : KAKU
SUNNY DAY - 12 actions
Charlat bathes in the sunlight before attempting to summon a collection of rocks -- but without an earthly source from which to get them, he's lost. Fortunately for him, his body is made out of rocks. Charlat schemes for a moment before leaping high into the air and falcon diving straight into the unmoving porygon, causing a fair amount of damage. Kaku, meanwhile, just takes it -- its robot body completely frozen in place.

No need for that, Os. I've already got too many points as is.

ROUND 2
Charlatan, not a fan of the sunlight, changes the scenary to something more rock-friendly. A sandstorm of peculiar origin sweeps across the arena, causing damage to anyone not of earthly origin. Kaku, at this point, is still too paralyzed to even react.
CHARLATAN : -5PP // *par*, -1HP : KAKU
SANDSTORM - 12 actions
Kaku finally comes to its senses and starts pinpointing Charlat's precise location. But something's mucking up its targeting computer. Charlat smirks as his protective coating keeps him cloaked, but that confidence is wiped away as the blast of electric energy comes flying at him anyway. Luckily for him, the protective barrier absorbed the energy.

Kaku begins recharging from that last batch of commands as Charlat beams the bot in the face with a powerful headbutt, filled with fighting spirit.

You're doing well, Charlatan. Let's go with Low Kick, Rock Slide and then Brick Break.
Magic Coat anything you can and use Sandstorm every time that digital duckie tries changing the weather.

Let's use Thunder Wave, seeing as that is something that is magic coat-able. Then use Conversion to gain that Psychic type. Then, with the STAB, use Psychic.

ROUND 3
Charlat, still embracing the sandstorm, charges at his opponent and sweeps it, knocking it to the ground for great damage. Kaku, meanwhile, tries to align its circuits properly for a counter-attack.
CHARLATAN : -6PP // -8HP, *par*, -1HP : KAKU
SANDSTORM - 9 actions
Using the same method as before, Charlat strikes Kaku with a falcon dive, causing more damage to the cy-duck. Kaku shakes off the hit before converting his element to the most recent one struck with -- rock. Its platings deepen in gray color as its body becomes immune to the sandstorm.
CHARLATAN : -4PP // -8HP, -5PP, Rock-element : KAKU
SANDSTORM - 8 actions
Charlat smirks -- this, now rock-themed opponent is still weak to his fighting attacks. The faux tree shuffles before giving Kaku another powerful headbutt. Kaku takes the powerful hit, but finally manages to retalliate. Charlat's smirk fades away swiftly as his body is lifted into the air and flung wildly into the sandstorm. Charlatan hits the ground with a thud, taking damage for the first time during this battle.

Argh, we need to stop this.
Use Pain Split, if it is stopped by protect or paralysis, keep on doing it until it works. Then, after Pain Split works, if we have two moves left, Barrier and Charge Beam. If we only have one move left, Barrier.

SANDSTORM - 6 actions
Charlat widens his stance as the sandstorm rages onward. He gathers up strength from an earthly source, and compiles it all into a beam of energy that shoots straight into the porygon. Kaku chirps and weeps as the earth power fries its circuitry. Shaken, but not dejected, Kaku spits out a USB cord that wraps around Charlat's substitute. But, without a real source of lifeforce for which to drain from, Kaku's attempts to equalize everything are in vain.

ROUND 6
Toucan's had enough of this beatdown, and decides to summon a gargantuan powerhouse -- Sayuri the dragonite -- to defeat this foe. Charlat, who already exhausted over 80 percent of his energy already, decides to take a few moments to catch his breath. But during this lapse of mobility, Sayuri slaps his substitute hard with an aqua tail. The doll nearly crumbles under the force of the attack.

Sayuri smirks wildly as he slams the doll once more with an aqua tail -- destroying it completely. Thinking he's already won this round, he slumps back without realizing that the real Charlatan is very much alive and very much behind him. Charlat slams on the ground and ruptures the platform, sending several bits of debris to trample the dragonite.

Decidedly angry that he's been had, Sayuri climbs into the air and coats his head in iron before diving dowards. POW!, the dragonite headbutts Charlat nearly off the edge of the platform, dealing incredible damage as well. Charlat chokes up for a moment before gathering himself. Telekinetically, he grabs the debris and raises it high above Sayuri's head before dropping them all one-by-one. And it hurts. As the round comes to a close, the sandstorm ends, leaving nothing but clear skies in its wake.
