    bullet punch~ice punch~giga impact
if he protect/detects/blocks however then substiute giga impact with feint
if it just trys to evade via double team or agility or something then replace the giga impact with aerial ace

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 9 ‡

After cunningly avoiding despair for far longer than he should have been able to, Tomo has fallen and Men of Horror must make his new selection. With a toss, he throws a Pokeball onto the field and it opens up to reveal a powerful Dragon which lets out a roar as it takes to the field. Wasting no time in cutting to the chase, Arbiter zooms forth with a sudden punch... but stops just short. It appears as though, after several rounds of reprieve, Paralysis has returned with a vengeance. Smirking, Spoonlight cuts loose with a close-range Fire Blast. The swell of heat throws Arbiter backwards.

    Arbiter: <-24 HP; Can't move!>
    Spoonlight: <-8 HP; -10 EP>

Spoonlight spreads its wings and it quickly begins soaring around the battlefield in circles. Arbiter waits for it to fly low before trying for a punch… but… fails. He scratches his head and looks to his trainer for help. It appears as though that particular technique is beyond poor Arbiter’s grasp.

    Arbiter: <Can’t move!>
    Spoonlight: <-4 EP; +2 Spd>

Spoonlight goes for a second brutal Fire Blast which deals more damage than Arbiter would like. The Scizor does not despair, however, and keeps going after that Ice Punch hiccup. He throws his body forward in what he would like to be a display of strength, but since his Attack stat is the lowest it can possibly be, the move's effect is pitiful. The Dragonite begins giggling. Seriously, now... that's the best you've got?

    Arbiter: <-24 HP; -12 EP>
    Spoonlight: <-6 HP; -10 EP>

    ‡ Post-Round ‡

    Notes:

    > Since neither Scyther nor Scizor can learn Ice Punch, it failed
    > TEAM MEN OF HORROR to command next
