You begin shouting for Aikoku to make a Substitute and use Double Team, but you only manage to issue the first half of those commands. Suddenly, from behind, a figure swiftly Mega Kicks you in the back and you let out a cry. Rolling over, you look up at a menacing Blissey who peers over you.
Meanwhile, Aikoku creates a Substitute, but Salamence lets out a Hyper Beam which obliterates it in one go. With Aikoku distracted, he can't help you as Blissey hoists you over her head and Seismic Tosses you fifteen feet.
You land at the base of a fruit tree and hear an unpleasant snap as a horrible spasm of pain runs across part of your upper body. With your right hand, you feel around the space between the base of your neck and your left shoulder. You immediately draw your hand back as the pain worsens.

He targets Blissey with a Superpowered tackle, after which Salamence and Blissey retaliate with a Fire Fang and a Take Down respectively. Then, he strikes Salamence with a Rock Slide, but the Dragon and Happiness Pokemon merely retaliate with a Dragon Claw and a Psychic.
Almost defeated, Aikoku uses Double Team which ought to buy you enough time to escape. You peer around for a place to go and see a nearby well, a copse of trees, a gazebo, the gates and the temple doors.

Taking the steel feather, you successfully pick the locks of the shackles binding Torchic and Skarmory. Torchic carefully plucks two more feathers from one of Skarmory's wings and they begin helping you try to free the captives.
Meanwhile, Fenrir helps Caucus out by Poisoning him with a Toxic attack. He then uses a couple more Psychics on Monferno while Caucus keeps up the Electric attacks on Aerodactyl and Falconzord berates the simian a little more with Flying moves.
Monferno, Houndoom and Aerodactyl all settle on Fenrir as their target. Monferno, whose first Flamethrower is blown back in his face thanks to Falconzord's Whirlwind, successfully connects with a couple of Focus Blasts as Houndoom roasts your Dark-type with three Flamethrowers. Aerodactyl, who's momentarily debilitated by Paralysis, manages to attack Fenrir with a single Hyper Beam.

While the real temple was originally beautiful and ornate, this place is expectedly twisted and dreary. As you look around, you realize your hands are shaking and the pain from your injury has become especially difficult to handle. Aikoku looks similarly spent. "We cannot wait around for long," Gallade explains. "Our time is limited. Essentially, you have stumbled into the dark side of Platrin Plateau. Its appearance and inhabitants are sinister, inverted versions of those who dwell in the real world. Some people call this place the Distortion World, but I believe that term may be misapplied. Either way, this place is ruled over by the Pokemon known as Giratina.
"As you must have realized by now, upon peering into the mirror in the Crystal Gallery, you and your Braviary were transported here. However, time flows differently here than in the real world. A minute in this place translates to an hour in the normal Platrin Plateau, and thus in your first few minutes here, hours passed for your Zoroark and Ninetales. When they could not locate you, they returned to ask for my assistance. Upon searching the Crystal Gallery, I found the mirror. From my experiences as a caretaker of Platrin, I knew it had to be a portal between worlds, but I cannot say how it got to be there. No one to the best of my knowledge placed it there, and I suspect Giratina may have willed it into existence from this plain. If that is the case... then I suspect Giratina is trying to escape this place and enter the real world, which is something that must never happen. Its power is too great. I told your Pokemon to remain in the real world and wait by the gates. With luck, we will make it back alive. What we have to do is search this inverted temple for the Crystal Gallery, and only then will I be able to find out if my suspicions are correct."

Whenever portals are discovered, they are immediately destroyed to prevent hapless folks from entering this place and falling victim to its many dangers. Some say that if a poor soul wanders here, Giratina can drain their life force and use that energy to propel itself into the real world. The horrors that would take place if that happened..."
