The 2011 Silver Pencil Awards – Voting Topic

It's time for the biggest stage of the competition: the voting phase! Gavin Luper and I have collected all your nominations, and now you get to vote in the winners in each category.

Just send a private message with your completed ballot to either me or Gavin by 11:59 p.m. American Central Standard Time on September 13, 2011. You can vote in as many or as few categories as you like.

We use a 3-2-1 ranking system in the Silver Pencils. In other words, you can choose up to three nominees in a given category to receive points. Your top choice will receive three points. Your second choice in the category, if you have one, will receive two points, and if you provide a third choice, it will receive one point. (You don't have to select three nominees to receive points if you don't want to do so; it's your decision if you want to omit the 1-point choice and even the 2-point nominee.)

This may look something like the following:
