At the end of each round, one of Wobbuffet's moves will take effect on one of the Pokemon and be in effect for the next round. This effect cannot be averted or prevented.

With no delay and with no regard for what her trainer asked of her, Claudia begins buzzing like mad. It doesn't even matter if its toward a Metang, or me or ever her own trainer, she's just in a Buzzing fit! (-1) Methink's the shrine is getting to her.

Blockade, having just entered the fray, is a little disturbed but none the worse for wear. A nice thin shield defers those wavelengths so they cause him no harm at all. (-1)

She really can't stop buzzing. No...seriously. Its bad now because Blockade realizes this, and lets loose with a thunderous cavalcade of stone from the shrine walls! Claudia is now mismatched pretty bad, as she musters the strength to stand.(-1)
