Mikachu Vs. Wolfsong, Ref DL, Battle Of The Generations!

I know what you are thinking. Razor Leaf vs papadopp had a bit similar idea HERE.

This is a 5 vs 5, one at a time. Here you also have to use one Pokemon for each generation BUT in RANDOM ORDER. This means we both PM our 5 Pokemon to the ref and he or she chooses the order we're going to use them at random. The ref will PM us our own Pokemon back in that order.

For instance, take it I'll send the ref Butterfree, Pichu, Flygon, Magmortar and Oshawott, and the ref will, after the lottery, send me this PM:

1) Pichu
2) Magmortar
3) Oshawott
4) Flygon
5) Butterfree

In this example, my first Pokemon will be Pichu and after he's down, I'll send out Magmortar, and I'll have to respect this order no matter what Pokemon I see my opponent using. Also, the ref and I aren't allowed to tell about my Pokemon or their order to my opponent and the ref and my opponent aren't allowed to tell about my opponent's Pokemon or their order to me.

Hence, hopefully, Pokemon from different generations will battle each other.

Also, you are allowed to use whatever Pokemon debuted in their respective generations, and it doesn't matter if they are evolutions of other gens.

All abilities are also on, and no banned moves.

There's no Damage Cap, to make this shorter.

DQ time 2 weeks.

Arena is the standard stadium.

The ref may flip a coin who attacks first.

So would anybody like to accept my challenge? We'll send our Pokemon to the ref when he or she appears.

Hrm. Screw this. No Standard stadium. We will play on the final Arcade stage in Smash Brothers Melee. Time to do this. With only a limited amount of area to battle on, the two competitors release their Pokemon. A Torkoal versus a Blitzle. That's pretty unique, I think. As Smoke helps to obscure the tortoise with a hot streak, Stripes begins darting from one end of the stage to another. All the speed won't help here though, as Kiuas splits into 4 torotises. Yum.

Ki: -3E +3 cl.~~ St: -3E +2 Spd

Kiuas and its posse all begin to fire up their next attack, from this fog they started to create. Stripes neighed in disagreement and allowed his growing thunderbolt crest to release a wave of electromagnetic crippling force.

Sucks, because here goes Kiuas, crawling to the ground...before vanishing withing the smoke. Crap, no way to tell if that was a clone. Yipe. Out from the smoke, the ground shifts in a way that is unpleasant, everything leans to the left suddenly.

The zebra loses balance, now unsure of its footing.

Ki: -7E ~~ St: -2E/-14H -Spd

Knowing those clones were going to be the end of him, Stripes went ahead and attacked blindly once more. A massive hemisphere of electricity enveloped the two fighters. That caught Kiuas off guard, and with a flash, all of his posse vanished.

But it left the striped striker open. A wave of fire careened and collided with him, creating a new scent in the air. Charbroiled Zebra.

The fire tortoise took a moment to construct a new plan-one that involved alot of fire. LOLOLOL.

Uhh anyway. Weird moment. Stripes, slightly nervous about his predicament, quickly splits into three zebras, each stamping the ground in anticipation. The fiery blast shoots up from below one and engulfs it in a sea of orange and red. Ki watches as the clone vanishes, but his fire still remains. Crap!

Ki:- 3E ~~ St: -3E +1 cl.

Knowing there was a even ratio to the firebeast striking him with those unforgiving beacons of fire-Stripes welled up his own charged energy, and let it loose in a sizeable bolt. This strike whizzed through teh air, as a fireball shot out of Kiuas's shell. The blast connected with flesh and hair, causing Stripes to run around in anguish. But the electric blast found its quarry, leaving the turtle with something to groan about.

Ki: -8E/-8H ~~ St: -5E/-13H +SpA

Feeling a bit powerful, even with his skin scalded, Stripes went on the offensive again. A second electric blast, stronger than the first, went toward Kiuas. The tortoise was struck, but that did nothing to slow his approach. Stripes warily moved back but in a shocking display of speed, the beast shot forward and rammed into him. The hit was disjointedly powerful, as Stripes fell to his knees.

Okay Stripes. Let's make use that boosted special attack to hit Kiuas with a thunder. If the torkoal double teams switch to discharge. Follow that up with flash and finish with discharge

As this Generational battle trudges on, Kiuas speeds up her tempo. Stripes does not like oncoming objects, especially ones on fire. So he let's loose a wave of energy that shoots up, and then crackles down in a Thunderous manner...throwing Kiuas up in the air. The shellshocked turtle aims its trajectory and slams into Stripes.

Ki: -6E/-15H ~~ St: -9E/-8H

Stripes tumbles down as Kiuas slides off his back. Irritated about that hefty strike, Stripes illuminates the area with a flash. But Kiuas doesn't seem bothered by the light. The smoke did its job perfectly. As Stripes silhouette reappeared through the fog, a searing shot of flame erupted from Kiuas. Stripes reared up on his hind legs, and galloped from the painful strike.

Ki: -7E ~~ St: -2E/-12H

Man, Stripes is getting worked over. Angered by the double play so far, Stripes just let out all his anger in a massive Discharge. The electromagnetic pulse spread like a cancer, hitting everything with its charged aura. Kiuas quickly erected a barrier, pinning himself down to avoid being fodder for it.

By the way, I don't know if I made myself clear in the starter post, but I was meaning the Pokemon would be sent to the battle in the normal way, i.e. when a Pokemon has fainted, its trainer just sends out the next one and the opponent Pokemon stays the same until it has fainted. I believe this is a difference to RaZoR LeAf's rules.

Stripes looks pretty ragged, but that's not holding him back, With exceptional speed and force, he careens right for Kuias. Pumping out steam, Kiuas watches the incoming and braces for impact. The force of the blow bounce both Pokemon back, but Kuias manages to get on his belly. He spins around to see a glowing Stripes and manages to trap Stripes in a nasty Fire spin!

Ki: -4E/-11H ~~ St: -6E/-5H

Trapped, Stripes did the best he could with what he had. Sticking his zappy little hairdo through the columns, a thin electric wave resonated down and struck the tortoise. Kiuas looked up at the evil pony, and tried to incinerate him right there...but no go! Paralysis is paralysis! (-1)

Ki: Par ~~ St: -2E

Smiling at his fortune, Stripes now focused on the sky. The clouds began to ruble over and thick booms cold he heard for miles in any direction. Kiuas knew what was coming, and protested with a few seizures. But one of those seizures forced his legs o stick out, and he righted himself. Wasting no time, the tortoise sent waves of earthen energy to try and trip the zebra up. The Fire spin didn't last against the flames at all, and nor did Stripes.

Nor did Kiuas against the thunder2. It slammed down with a resonating force., leaving Kiuas in the middle of a large hole.

Ki: -7E/-15H ~~ St: -10E/-14H

Stripes smiled, glad to have survived another round.

Kiuas turns toward Stripes, as the zebra starts to spark. The tortoise can barely move as the discharge slams out all around Stripes and overtakes Kiuas. He stomps through it, but falls victim to paralysis as he exits the crater.

Ki: par -11H ~~ St: -7E

Stripes gallops closer, eager to finish off this fire tortoise. It rushes and fires off a thunderbolt that strikes Kiuas...or at least she wished it to. The protective barrier that erupted over Kiuas gave him a moment of clarity.

Ki: -9E ~~ St: -7E

Upset over the tortoise blocking that strike, Stripes wells up another electric torrent. The bolt slams down, and Kiuas is flung forward, slamming into the zebra!

Ki: -6E/-15H ~~ St: -8H/-9E

Both Pokemon fall over...and its a TKO!

After that exciting DKO, we get two new competitors. A Houndoom that looks like a reverse Dalmatian, and a mini Goth girl! Miru flicks one hand up, forcing Aiyana to watch aws she created a Safeguard that would absorb any silly moves. Well, that was the plan. Aiy dashed forward and seemed to pull the energy away from Miru. In no time at all, the Safeguard now guarded the enemy.

Mi: -4E ~~ Ai: -3E
SG: 5 act

Angered, the Gothita stomps her feet and tries to pin Yana down with a tricky ol Rock Tomb. But Yana moves fast and tackles Miru with a full force Sucker move! Miru fell backwards from the strike, but she fell back smiling. Yana's yelps from her foresight about the falling rock please Miru as she shakes off the pain.

Mi: -5E/-19H ~~ Ai: -8E/-10H -Spd

Miru walks over to where Aiyana is unfortunately stunned. As the Houndoom tries to figure out what happened jut not, Miru continued the rocky assault. A tenuous slide of conglomerate cascaded down on Aiyana, forcing her to bow down to Miru's might for the moment.

Miru clapped at her ingenuity. But Aiyana was not done. Though entombed by all this stone, she could still spy Miru. and what she could see, she could hit. Firing through the cracks, a Darkened Pulse knocked Miru flat on her back once more.

This round has been a heavy hitter thus far!

Aiyana shakes her legs out as she clears herself from the rubble. Those stones gave her a few scrapes and bruises that would leave her hurting later on. But she didn't fret. As her quarry sat, Meditating on the recent events, She was given enough time to charge up some wicked ideas of her own.

Mi: -2E +Atk~~ Ai: -3E +2SpA

The chanting of the meditator ceased, and she rej--ow. Before she could even stand up, a pulse of Darkness slammed across her face. She rolled backwards, but made sure to land on her stomach. Pushing up off the ground, she retaliated with..something slightly unorthodox. She ran up and began tickling the doggy. Aiyana snarled at her, but suddenly began patting her foot in response. WEEEIRD.

Mi: -2E/-20H ~~ Ai: -6E -Atk/Def

Miru quit tickling long enough to slap Aiyana's face not once, but twice with sufficent force to make her think twice about attacking.

Aiyana thought about it...and blew a Shadowball right in her face! It sucks being at the right height for every attack to hit you in the face.

Mi: -3E/-20H ~~ Ai: -6E/-9H

Aiyana's carving though Miru pretty well...even as the Safeguard falls

Miru felt a bit woozy, but she kept at it. Her hands went up and with some sort of mystical prowess, forced rocks to come cascading down upon Yana. Yana growled and ran head first into the deluge! Yeah, dun make sense to you realize some of the rocks went flying back at Miru in a successful Counter. Ouch.

Mi: -8E/-13H ~~ Ai: -6E/-20H

Miru cleared away from the rubble and tries to make space. But Yana was too fast now. As a predator finishes its pray, Yana jumps and tackles Miru, slamming her down before she can get off her next attack.

Mi: -18H ~~ Ai: -9E

All about the type differential that time. Maybe things will turn for Mika with this set.

Aiyana watches as the next competitor jumps out of the plethora of Pokeballs Mikachu owns. A long legged bird jumps out.

Hold the presses. I think this is the first time I've reffed a Doduo in ASB. Crazy! Well ok. Aiyana, with all her newly acquired boosts, releases all that pent up heat she was saving. All of the clones in the world don't help Asa as he's struck by the flames.

Asa: -3E/-15H ~~ Ai: -8E

Dying to get away from the heat, Asa takes a few swift steps, and jumps skyward. Aiyana watches him go up, and stay up there. WHAT?

Asa: -3E ~~ Ai: O.o

That's just craycray. Ai watches as the bird starts its descent. With the avian about to nail her, Aiy quickly spat up a ball of nasty that Asa crashed into. It didn't stop the bird from careening into Aiyana, and the pair of them rolled in their collision.
