Litwick looks sorely unamused. This stupid dog was trying to counter her at every turn. And now it was Sketching up a small trinket? No more games. She hopped over and huffed-creating a storm of fire that lit up the Smeargle like a meth lab with bad ventilation. (-2)

Even with her Medallion finished, Leo looked at the candle, amazed and ingrained with a huge swath of pain all over its body.

That safeguard was the only thing protecting him from any sort of burn. That was fine for the candle, as the fire kept coming. Now it was in a thin stream, focused on his painting arm and tail. Leo cowered to protect herself, and flung the medallion in a discus like toss. It shot past Litwick, and spun skyward. Upon reaching a suitable height, it explode, forcing the darkness to come over the sandy arena.(-2)

Only...the heat was still there. The amount of light reflecting off of the now visible moon was astounding.

But there was always more. Litwick began glowing even brighter. In fear of being broiled alive, Leo tried to peint herself out of the picture. One problem. It's hard to dodge an ever spreading volcanic Overheating. Leo screamed as the waves of flames washed over her.

Litwick panted, realizing she was expending far too much energy on this one annoyance (-2)

Feeling her base level drop in ability, Litwick dug deep in order to deliver any more powerful flames out of her body. It was a bit misleading though, when your opponent liked to make herself invisible at a moment's notice. Flames struck the air, to Leo's delight. (-3)

Litwick huffed. The hell did it go? She looked left and right, and them smiled. Leo's movements were easy to track on this sandy ground. She took a few steps, and began swirling the tip of her tail in the ground. The Sands started to shift, and Lit felt her body start sliding toward the sandpool. With a hefty grunt, she flung a Fiery blast over, connecting with Leo. Leo howled, pissed off she was spotted again! (-3, -2)

It's weird, seeing fire dance along something's body, but not being able to see the form its burning. Looks like living fire. Creepy really. But Litwick was in this for the game winner. She swirled in the sands, annoyed that dumb dog was consistently trying to stop her. As it began painting a map of some sort, she waited to make sure she could see the item. Sure enough, something flapped in the air, and he released a Second Overheat. This one lacked as much oomph than the last, but it still made a statement. Leo howled, and the paint started to melt off of her. (-3, -1)

Too fiery for her liking. Leo shook her head in disbelief at the current events. Reeling from fire still, she took the time to stare at the map she created. The map helped to give Leo the ability to focus solely on his target.

A target who, after spinning summore in the sand-let loose a new series of Fiery hell that gave the Smeargle something to cry about. (-4, -1)

Still stuck in the whirlpool, Litwick was a sitting duck for the next move. Crinkling up the map, Leo set into action a different type of attack. It was a fissure, but the sands made it quite...weakened. The gap the opened quickly filed with sand, making the effect subdued. Litwick was thankful for this, and just spat fire once again. Leo winced, knowing she couldn't take anymore. (-4, -1)

Painting as fast as she could, Leo managed to create a canvas of clones. As they started to come into focus, Leo realized that the candle was unable to attack! Great! (-4, -1)

This was too much for the poor candle. The sickness in her body was starting to take higher and higher tolls, and that sand! Why did she have to endure this.(-5, -1). And what was her opponent doing? Why, drawing lines in the sand, that's what!

There seemed to be no crinkle in Leo's plan. With the moonlight still shining down upon them, the clones that were visible seemed very pale. Litwick turned her attention to the solid one and fired. The flames shot through the strange energy being emitted from the ground, and gave a nice little licking of fire to Leo's hide. But Leo didn't fret. She felt a strange reckoning between them both, and once the flames were done she looked to her hands. Yeap...she could still paint. (-5, -1)

Leo quickly painted one last object, but it was Litwick who had the upper hand now. Spewing fire was pretty easy, and she did so with no mercy. Her raspy breath echoed though this sandy arena as Leo fell to the whims of a final blast. Leo fanned her arms forward lightly before falling. Odd gesture...(-5)

Lit thought it was over. It was. That Shadowball that was painted? Yeah, it came to life and from the fanning Leo committed to before fainting, it bobbed over, exploding as it crossed above her candleflame. Yipe

Now we finally have a changeup. The battlers both recall their fallen fighters and replace them with two new, fresh, and vibrant faces. Well, at least Zenuth's was. Slash on the other hand exuded premeditated attack patterns. He clashed his formidable scythes across each other, creating a barrier of some sort. Well, Zenith seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and backflipped. Somehow, mystical energy flew out of Zenith's rear, and created the same shield.

Slash seemed unduly confused. Why in the world did she copy him? Well now he'd have to step his game up. He bwegan to swipe erratically. Well it was erratic at first, but over time, it became this weird dance. I guess it was to help him manuvear through the dirt here.

But Zenith, she merely sat on her haunches and winked at the big stwong man over there. Yeap, gurl Charm's win every time.

All that dancing in this heat was no bueno. Already, Slash felt overheated. Zenith played it cool, and tried to start crying, But, with it being so hot out here, it was hard to even muster up the water for tears. Let alone look convincing. Slash moved closer, and saw the crying Eevee for a farce. NO GOOD!

A swift slap across the face left Zenith to shut her mouth. Can't get your way every time.

Zentih decided to pick things up in the matchup. Unafraid, she charged headlong toward Slash. Slash waited until Zenith was within striking distance before striking the Eevee with the back of his arm. The incoming strike sprained his arm, but Zenith stopped immediatly and face planted.

Zenith tried to get up before Slash could take advantage, but it was not to be. Two strikes hit her back and she rolled over to try and avoid the pain. Slash grinned at how simple that was, and didn't even seem to care about Zenith's speedy counterstrike.

The Quick attack didn help Zentih execute her final move of the rond swiftly. She followed through with another headbutt, leaving Slash a bit stunned.

Zenith stares as Slash starts to take this fight to the air. As he spirals to a better vantage point, Zenith Yawns. Slash freaks, and tries to erect a Safeguard to protect himself. It shimmers and enveloped the Scyther, to Zenith's dismay.

Then she noted Slash yawning. Yes!

Ze: -3E ~~~ Sla: -4E Sg: 6 act.

Zenith smirked, and now backed up a bit. Staring at Slash, he judged the distance of the now lowering Scyther, and dashed in close. A powerful lunge and she tries for a collision with Slash! The now drowsy bug spies her attempt and counters with a blast of energy to deflect Zenith.

Zenith falls to the wayside, but stands back up as Slash falls to the ground, fully awake. Crrrap.

Ze: -4E/-10H ~~~ Sla: -4E

Zenith takes advantage of the situation and pumps Slash full of stars. Slash has no way to evade them, so he holds both blades out, and dIves at Zenith. Shocked at the incoming, Zenith tries to flee, but is slashed along her backside. The stars pin themselves into Slash's wings, causing him to land rather harshly.

Second verse, same as the first. Zenith lunges for a headbutt, and gets cracked in the head by the flat side of Slash's blade. That really looks painful, she might need a helmet.

Shaking off that now growing pain, Zenith fires off those never miss stars once more. To match, Slash aims and fires off a wave of energy that flips Zenith up and then down again with considerable force.

Once more, Zenith tries for that Headbutt business. The collision was spotty at best. Mainly because the strength of the hit Zenith accomplished forced Slash to puke all over her backside. Eww. She landed, covered in Scyther yumnums. She coughs, unamused that some got in her nose. (-3)

Well, this match is at a strange standoff. Zenith is at a disadvantage, with Slash firing Vacumn Waves left and right. Striking down the bug is harder than it looks, but the Swift stars find their mark and make him flutter back. (-2)

Slash fires off another speedy blast of energy that floors the furry beast. Zenith tries to get back up...but he was too sick. (-2)
