Awesome. Apart from the wedding awesomeness, it's going to be a bit of a TPM gathering, too, by the sounds of it! Many photos must be taken as evidence.

I have gone ahead and arranged a small block of rooms at the Conrad Indianapolis (with information here: http://www.mywedding.com/ivicbritt/accommodations.html), and I'm working to set up a few other hotels, as well. Given the cost, though -- the reduced rate is $199 USD a night, which I know is a lot for most of our guests -- I understand if you would rather wait for a lower price at a different hotel. I'm trying to get that established as quickly as possible, and hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

So... do you have any idea what day you'll be arriving/leaving? And it would also be best to know whether Ben and Sarah will be there before booking, too.

Since the weddings on a Sunday I will probably try to drive out to be there night of the 19th, and leave on the 21st as well. I usually work those days so I'll see if someone can cover for me (I have a flawless record of never missing so far so I'm sure it won't be a problem! I will ask Sarah today but Ben won't know until at the earliest March, that's when we should get an idea of when his interview for his visa is.

It will be awesome to meet you guys! And of course the happiness of Becky and Brian's wedding will probably make me cry hehe I'll definitely bring my camera!

As for the hotel let me try and find some good deals ;D

The Conrad is our main hotel and where we'll be doing a lot of stuff, so I imagine multiple people could share a room there too. We listed a few other options as well.

I'll keep posting as more happens. Sorry I've been absent lately-- between the diss, TAing and wedding planning, I've been exhausted. I could never cut it as an event or wedding planner! I'm so excited for those of you that are going to make it!!

There are a lot of rules I didn't know! To which she has added: no black, no white nor close to white, no neon colors, no animal print. I wonder if I'll find a suitable dress in my country. So many rules!

By the way, what time is the wedding? And is there a specific dressing code or should we go by the guide?

Puerto Rico for us. I would have liked to have gone all-inclusive as well but I've already been to Mexico and didn't want to go to Jamaica. On the upside, Puerto Rico is a direct flight for us and we're staying at an awesome inn

We're coming by car right when I get off work (so leaving at 8am) prob going to stop by and pick up Jeff since MD is on the way, then its straight ~10 hour drive there to get to the hotel. We might be late for the rehearsal dinner depending on how the drive goes >.< So we'll see how it goes! Oh....lol Hm...in that case it might be quicker for us if you came down here Friday night so that you, Steph and Ben could all be there and ready to leave to pick me up from work and then head straight there. It's already a 10 hr drive without going 2 hours backwards XD

I put in a request when I booked the hotel for an extra bed so if they provide that you may not have to sleep on the floor, but that's an if so don't get your hopes up! lol
