Sketching objects costs less energy than Sketching moves from thin air
. It's possible, but no one wants to waste that much energy.
Battle of the A's
===Stipulations===
Match up - 8 v 8, one on one
Arena - Supreme dust bowl. Spanning as far as the eye can see, the supreme dust bowl is comprised of loose sand. Water is non existent, and the sun shines down brightly (permanent sunny day effect). This can not be changed. The loose sand will hold the weight of even the bulkiest of Groudon's. However, moves that require movement of earth will function differently here (This is up to the ref).
Banned moves - None. However, the 'Sub' is banned for this match, save for SIMPLE level subs ('If [Status] then X' is ok, as is singular uses of the 'mirror coat/snatch' sub)
Abilities - On. However, as mentioned above, abilities that affect the weather do not function. Also, abilities that would be detrimental in this weather DO still work.
Special - As there is no water here, any pokemon that logically require water to survive can not function here. However, anyone creative enough to figure out ways to do so can try (Flooding a crater in the sand with water will only last for a few rounds before the water seeps down in to the mud).

===Round 9===
Feeling her base level drop in ability, Litwick dug deep in order to deliver any more powerful flames out of her body. It was a bit misleading though, when your opponent liked to make herself invisible at a moment's notice. Flames struck the air, to Leo's delight. (-3)
Li: -7E ~~~ Leo: -4E
Litwick huffed. The hell did it go? She looked left and right, and them smiled. Leo's movements were easy to track on this sandy ground. She took a few steps, and began swirling the tip of her tail in the ground. The Sands started to shift, and Lit felt her body start sliding toward the sandpool. With a hefty grunt, she flung a Fiery blast over, connecting with Leo. Leo howled, pissed off she was spotted again! (-3, -2)
Li: -9E/-8H ~~~ Leo: -6E/-12H
It's weird, seeing fire dance along something's body, but not being able to see the form its burning. Looks like living fire. Creepy really. But Litwick was in this for the game winner. She swirled in the sands, annoyed that dumb dog was consistently trying to stop her. As it began painting a map of some sort, she waited to make sure she could see the item. Sure enough, something flapped in the air, and he released a Second Overheat. This one lacked as much oomph than the last, but it still made a statement. Leo howled, and the paint started to melt off of her. (-3, -1)
Li: -10E -2SpA ~~~ Leo: -2E/-14H
After all those fiery hits, its a surprise that dog isn't burned...
