I'm in! Fingers crossed we actually manage to finish this time.

I suggest a three on three single battle. Sound good? No damage caps, no banned moves, one week DQ time. I propose we fight in a nice, lovely sewer! Space is tight but down here but there's enough room for any terrestrial/swimming Pokemon to maneuver either along the walkways or in the stream of water. There aren't any major gimmicks or frills to this arena except for the fact that any Pokemon has a 20% chance at the end of every round of being spontaneously Poisoned by their surroundings. This obviously doesn't apply to Pokemon that would otherwise be immune to such a Status. Simple enough, aye?

I'll start off with...

Empress Rubyhead, my female Tentacool with Rain Dish! Come on out!

I choose my elekid with static. Male and shiny.

Start by thunder punching the water, then thunder wave, then finish with thunder punching the water again. If the jelly on gets out of the water then thunder punch the actual Pokemon. The water should give it a little extra but both options r fine

Okay, Empress Rubyhead... let's start with Wring Out. Follow with Magic Coat (which Serebii says it can get even if Tentacool's Gen IV Bulbapedia page says it can't) and finish with Hydro Pump.

We begin with Cookie and Oslo meeting in this sewer. Well, isn't the world just the smallest thing ever? Both of them are also completely insane as they agree to a battle in this place. Cookie sends out his shiny Elekid, whilst Oslo goes with Empress Rubyhead, a Tentacool who opts to go into the...brown coloured water. Delicious.
We now begin with Elekid thrusting a crackling fist into the water, giving a real shock to Rubyhead. You should probably wash your hands when you're done here, Elekid. Rubyhead responds by swimming up to Elekid and giving him a big ol' hug! Aww. Though for Elekid, she's squeezing a bit too tight.

Now Elekid sends a jolt of electricity towards Rubyhead, who creates a shimmering yellow film that bounces back the electrickery. It hits Elekid and his muscles seize up. And bang go my misconceptions too.

That's also more damage Elekid can handle as he falls to the ground, defeated. Ruby's muscles also finally relax, getting her back up to speed.
