The damage hierarchy is as follows:

Outside Effects [(Base Damage * Weakness/Resistance) + Boosts]

Therefore, the W/R mods will be based on the base damage of the attack in question. Mud Slap's base damage is 2HP, so when Wonder Room's in effect, the damage is increased to 9HP. That's the new base -- so if you factored in a weakness, then the damage would be 9 * 1.5 = 14HP.

Rasp's 90% Atk rating will switch over to a 110% Atk rating, while Athene's 80% Def becomes 120% Def and so forth. Wonder Room only effects the attacks and defenses, so speed and accuracy aren't factored in.

Despite his s(l)ight handicap, Rasp knows what is what, and fires off a fizzling, cackling jolt of electricity to sail through the air and snap at his foe. The charge is just right -- not too week, not too strong -- and unaffected by the wonder room. Athene, however, responds with another muddy slap, and Rasp's sight is even more compromised.

The lickilicky closes and opens his eyes frantically trying to regain his lost sight, but ultimately succumbs to it and blindly charges forward into Athene, knocking the oafish water pokemon over! You would think the impact was nothing, but the room punctuates the pain quite nicely! Athene slowly pulls herself back up, and responds in her usual way, leaving the tongue-impressive pokemon in defeat.

The attacks end just in time for the Wonder Room's effects to fade away from the arena.
