Whoa no way!
Time to sprig into action. Yo immediatly pick up a rock and fling it toward the two females. Now seriously, I don't know who you think you are, but that rock hit one in the back of the head! Now she's out unconscious and drops her doohickey that looks kinda important. The Salamence turns and roars at you, alerting the other girl to your presence.
"Why would you do that?!" She yells as pink lightning comes raining down from the distortion above. All at once, Schwarzen swoops in and grabs you, and makes a beeline for the cave entrance. The Flygon gives chase, but an Aura Sphere scares it off for the moment. You hear a thunderous roar as Schwarzen banks hard right and stays against the wall. As the storm continues outside, you spy lights of all colors -and then...it goes silent.
Danae and Syracuse are barely visible at the edge of the light entering the cave...and the distinct head of the Flygon slowly creeps in...looking for you.
What do you do?
1) Stay hidden?
2) Beat Flygon Down?
3) Get back out there!

You take your leave, and locate your Lucario. Freeing him, you both then follow the path and find yourselves outside once more. It couldn't have taken more than a half hour to get back here. Yo stand down here, and stare at the tree, which looks pretty tall. Might be a 3 hour climb :/
However, you do notice something in the area that seems off-putting. A golf cart. What in the world?
