Hanzo is the first Pokemon I've reffed to withstand Level 7 (ie. 15 HP) Toxic and the second to KO another Pokemon at 100 HP with Destiny Bond. Shenanigans.

That would be Darth OHKOing Ayeun's Seel in last summer pie's battle. Lols were shared by all. (We're just talking about matches I've reffed, though... other Pokemon have probably been Destiny Bonded at 100 HP in other refs' matches.)

I was kind of wondering something. I haven't seen anyone use a legendary in an actual battle. Is there some kind of rule having to do with legendaries idk about? Or do people just plain not use them for the sake of not wanting to be cheap?

There aren't any special rules about Legendary Pogeys. I imagine people don't use them more often because, like you said, it could look cheap; however, my Cresselia actually has a very shallow movepool for a pure Psychic-type, so it's not always an immediate advantage.

Off the top of my head, I know Grey used his Heatran when he battled against my Gym team. Another time, he organized a special battle where DL and Ayeun faced off using Heatran and his Zapdos. There have been a few other occasions, I believe. Legends are used rarely, but it happens.

Also, I would just like to say that I really want to ref DL and Cynder facing off against one another with their Giratinas. That would be cool!

I caught mine because I went to the graveyard in search for a Mewtwo, buyt then I found out they can't be found and chose the Pokemon I thought would be likely to appear in the same zone xD Still, it's a cool Pokemon. Definitely.
