Ernesta and Elmira, use Spider Web and 2 String Shots apiece to immobilise Reshiram, and Rhode use your little Earthquake technique to ground Zekrom, combining it with Smack Down and Rock Wrecker if you don't think it'll fall to the ground with Earthquake's force alone.
