It glows an ominous glow, seemingly causing everything else to become dark.
Eyes seem to appear on the pages, and the book begins to speak!

What information do you seek."

A wicked laughing is heard.
Suddenly, a large Haunter claws its way out of the book!
You feel its cold claws latch onto your head, and it forces eye contact with you.
Its eyes turn a bright yellow.

...

You're suddenly floating. At least, you feel like you're floating.
You do not see anything but blue. Perhaps you are in the sky?

You feel... A bit exhausted. And everything looks hazy...
You don't think it's a good idea to stay here very long.

But honestly? It's pretty far-fetched for you to be able to go through all that.
Especially for something like that for someone like me."

He straightens back up and puts on his fake smile again.

"Is there anything else I can do for you, friend?"

He looks you up and down with new respect.
Then his gaze returns to a bit apathetic.
"You don't look like much. But what do I know."

You head back to the large gate. It's starting to get dark properly, now.

The gate is still guarded by aipoms, however.
"That's the place. Those are some of the guards that the 'Lord' hired."

You shouldn't have too much difficulty taking them out, but perhaps there's another
way rather than brute force?

A number of other pokemon surround it, but you can't make them out.
The Zoroark is saying something. It's strange, you're near it, but you cannot hear anything.

You get a migraine. It's not a good idea to stay here any longer.

"I... Don't really know what he looks like. He apparently showed up a couple months
ago, and took over this town then. He's definitely a pokemon, and I have to assume
a powerful one, too, otherwise this many pokemon wouldn't follow..."
He looks upwards at the building.
"Although, I did see them install some sort of roof panel when he first got here.
Maybe he's a flying pokemon?"

Round 12

You sneakily fly up to the roof. Quite a feat, since you are riding a large electric bird.
The Aipoms must be oblivious or something.

Nonetheless, getting above the roof, you see a normal japanese-style roof for a large building such as this.
However, you do see very small creases in the roof. Much like they open.
A panel was indeed installed, it seems.

Near the back you see some light. Perhaps there's a window in the back?
Alternatively, you can see the aipom guards heading inside.
It may be time to switch shift for them.

Looking inside, you see what appears to be the back of a throne.
A large amount of comforters, such as pillows and quilts, surround it.

An ominous feeling envelops you upon staring at the throne.
Something of enormous power lurks in it.

Someone seems to be speaking.

There's a very faint rustle nearby, but you don't see anything.

Buzzer immediately jumps in front of Boom and covers the both of them with a sphere of light!
It's taxing, but it should hold!
Raff spreads some sleep powder!
Two of the misdreavus fall asleep!
Meanwhile, the misdreavus giggles, and the room looks different than before!
She immediately follows up by firing a shadow ball at Boom!
...However, Buzz was able to Protect her!
Raff is finally able to put the misdreavus to sleep!

Boom's almost all the way through! Not long, now!
