It depends on the size - a signature is a bit more work than an avatar is ^^; What would you want though? I could easily extend a simple background into banner size.

You don't need to approve the Ultra Ball Cueball, it just goes toward you being able to use it for your Safari Zone quest Cynder is going to ref for you to help find some Pokemon
