YES I HAVE! On Saturday, I'm going to take part in a sports event. I'm participating in triathlon (60 m run, long jump, shot put) and 1000 m walk. I'm not so sportive person myself as far as bodybuilding and motion technique are concerned, so it'll be really interesting to see how I'll pull it out.
