1. It depends If I'm going to curl my hair, it takes anywhere from 30mins- 1 hour and 30 mins...but if I'm just goping to throw it up in a pony tail, then like 2 mins :p

2. Its past my shoulders, like, middle back, and its layered all around. ^_^
