BTPoke: You'd hafta wait until the tree comes back up for that first.
Also, Dan's post in the Gym Nomination thread gave me an idea for a new arena:
POKÉFLOATS
ver 2.00
High in the air, you and your opponent are battling with pokémon upon pokémon. There are a series of pokémon-shaped floats drifting high above the ground. You start on a randomly-generated pokéfloat, and do battle on that particular float for a bit. Every five rounds, you'll have to jump over to the next float to avoid being carried away out of the battle.
These pokéfloats, however, have a few traits that normal floats don't have. Like in the original Pokéfloats stage, the power of your attacks will increase if the attack is of the same type as the pokéfloat. However, these pokéfloats also have weaknesses that can be exploited, and will absorb all attacks that they are weak to, even physical ones.
For example, if you're battling on an Eevee Float, and someone uses Dynamicpunch, the Eevee will endure the hit and lose some of its own HP. If a float gets attacked enough and loses all its HP, then it'll pop and both pokémon will fall. They won't be instantly KOed, though -- as per usual, the pokémon will be teleported safely to the next float at the cost of 10% of their HP.
