Oh, playing that game are we? I'm not going to allow than :U

Swagger ~ Rain Dance + Surf (to wash away all the mud that's lowered Miko's accuracy and do damage, obvs)

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 12 ‡

Unwilling to surrender his tidy lead, Robirdo swoops low and beats those steeling wings hard. More mud flies up off the ground and splatters Miko in the face, causing the Sneasel to... puff out his chest and stomp around like he owns the joint? Okay. That, um, seems like a very weird and bewildering reaction—so much so that Robirdo is left in a state of severe Confusion once it's through. Pogeys be cray-cray.

    Miko: <-2 HP; -4 EP; -1 Acc>
    Robirdo: <-2 EP; +2 Att; Cfn>

Confusion or no, Robirdo manages to cling to a large enough chunk of sanity to attack with another muddy barrage... and this one is even stronger than the last! Damn that nonsensical Physical/Special divide. Squinting feebly as his vision blurs, Miko busts out his best Soulja Boy dance moves (because it's once again 2007!) and watches as the sunlight fades away. Cold rain spills over the battle as Miko calls up another huge-ass mass of water and sends it somewhere in his opponent's general direction. It's big enough that aim is not much of a concern. Pow! As Robirdo is whisked away screaming by the big wave, Miko dives face-first into a few small, errant splashes and uses this makeshift eyewash to correction his vision. Hah! 20/20, bitch! (Do you think that's what Aaron Paul says when he gets back from the optometrist?)

    Miko: <-4 HP; -12 EP; -1 Acc; +3 Acc>
    Robirdo: <-15 HP; -2 EP>

Miko sits around rather uselessly at this point, but it's better than what Robirdo does. The Skarmory flutters head-first into one of the barriers at the edge of the arena, incurring some minor but non-trivial damage. Even after that, he still looks a little nutty. On a scale of Robirdo to Cicero, I think he's slowly starting to slide from the former to the latter.

    Miko: <...>
    Robirdo: <-4 HP Cfn>

But Miko is right there with him, of course <-5 HP>.

use swagger to hopefully confuse him enough to stop the rest. Then go for two Steel Wings!
If he manages to actually do the rest, though, do toxic for the second turn.

    ‡ Round 13 ‡

Turns out Robirdo's nuttiness ain't over yet. The Skarmory decides to start madly pecking at the stadium barrier, leaving a few nasty dents in his face in the process. Derp. Well, his insanity has at last petered away, so that's a plus! Miko, meanwhile, snickers at his foe's misfortune and settles in for a nap. He dreams that hawt she-Sneasels are serving him margaritas and cherry cordials by a pool. Ooh, there's bowl of free Denny's coupons as well! And did somebody say mani-pedi?

Miko: <+30 HP; -14 EP; -8 HP fatigue; Slp; Txc no more>
Robirdo: <-4 HP Cfn; Cfn no more>

As Miko naps, Robirdo marches up to him and Toxics him in the face. In Miko's dream, the hawt she-Sneasels are merely laying wet smooches on his cheeks. Ho boy. Keep your dreams G-rated, plz. Nobody wants me to start describing frisky Sneasel shenanigans. (At least I hope that's the case.)

    Miko: <Txc; +6 EP>
    Robirdo: <-4 EP>

Rain continues to fall as Miko goes for another Steel Wing. Bam! It's gotta be convenient having two iron bludgeons sticking out of your torso. Miko, however, is still in dream world doing flaming tequila shots while earning a Limbo King crown. Of course, limbo is a lot easier when you're 2'11", but I won't take this accomplishment away from him. Long live the king!

    Miko: <-15 HP; +6 EP>
    Robirdo: <-5 EP>

The strong drinks and fierce limboing are starting to give Miko a tummy ache IRL <-2 HP>.

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 14 ‡

Dream-Miko relishes his limbo victory while Robirdo decides it needs to get a whole lot more Steel Wingier in here. As the audience questions the ref's grasp of basic written English, Robirdo continues to bash Miko in the face again and again and again.

    Miko: <-15 HP; +6 EP>
    Robirdo: <-5 EP>

    Moar Steel Wingz plz.

    Miko: <-15 HP; +6 EP>
    Robirdo: <-5 EP>

And with that, Miko wakes! Whoo! Could an epic comeback be in the making? Is it time for Miko to Cicero up from the ashes? In short, no. Robirdo delivers another Steel Wing which Miko tries to Counter, but attack delivers a swift KO before Miko can even think of Countering anything.

Ladies and gents, I present to you our second victor: Robirdo!

Miko: <-6 HP; Slp no more>
    Robirdo: <-5 EP>

Also, yay vague commands! Let's use some status moves, shall we?

use Thunder Wave... On Alphose! Then hope to god that emerald's vague commands have his mudkip use protect xD

Then we'll use a protect, because eff getting hit by two attacks at once!

Then use Double Team in order to get an edge for the next round :3

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 15 ‡

Shit just got ADVANCED! After an exciting second set, the trainers recall their Pokemon and make new selections. A blue tin can, a green-haired damsel and a mudskipper with spiky orange cheeks take to the field. Whoo! Let's rock this! Rosalinda moves first, sparking and popping with electric current. Positively paranoid, Nano raises a barrier around his body to ward off the attack. However, there's no need... he's not even the target! Rosalinda directs the attack at Alphonse, whose gears and joints grow stiff. The Metang tries to attack Nano with a Psychic attack, but that barrier holds strong. What a goofy opening.

    Alphonse: <7 EP; Par>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP>
    Nano: <-8 EP>

Neither Alphonse nor Nano look particularly thrilled with Rosalinda. Alphonse smacks the ground hard, sending shock waves rocketing forth in a straight line, while Nano conjures up a Blizzard of epic proportions. Rosalinda merely shrugs and then gracefully Protects herself within a cocoon of pink energy. And once again, no damage is done. Hurr.

    Alphonse: <-8 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-8 EP>
    Nano: <-10 EP>

Gliding into action, Rosalinda pirouettes and casts out four Gardevoir lookalikes who join her in battle. Nano tries to hit the real Rosalinda with a pale blue energy beam, but he merely picks off a clone. Alphonse, on the other hand, attempts to get the local flora to do his bidding. He places a call to Mother Nature... ring, ring... ring, ring... ring, ring... hrm. She doesn't seem to be picking up.

    Alphonse: <...>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP; 3 clones>
    Nano: <-8 EP>

Let's change that, shall we? First, use Thunderbolt on Nano

Then use Fire Punch on Alphonse. If Nano uses/has used Rain Dance, use Sunny Day, instead of Fire Punch.

Then use Thunder Wave on Nano. Thunderbolt instead if he's paralyzed from the previous Thunderbolt.

Snatch any self-targeting moves bar Rest.

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 16 ‡

With none of the three battlers bearing so little as a scuff, this battle is impossible to call. Rosalinda prepares to give Nano an Electric surprise; however, she stops short when she sees Alphonse raising a silvery barrier in front of itself. Ooh, yes plz! Rosalinda makes a Snatching moment with her hand and the Reflect hovers her way. Alphonse looks about as sad as an emotionless blue robot can look, which is not very sad at all. Meanwhile, ever the skittish little critter, Nano is just sitting there inside a Protective bubble. Paranoid much?

    Alphonse: <-4 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP; Rft>
    Nano: <-8 EP>

Rosalinda's fists burn all lovely and fiery as she and her clones glide toward Alphonse. She swings her fist with great aplomb and sends the Metang rolling backwards. Too bad Ros mugged you out of your Reflect, eh? However, karma proves to be a cruel mistress. Nano releases a swirling Blizzard which catches Rosalinda and her entourage in its center, causing damage while sending her illusory friends off to the Double Team Graveyard. However, karma once again makes itself known: it's Nano's turn to be on the receiving end of an attack and Alphonse's ThunderPunch proves to be formidable. Eep. Dun worry, the twitching stops eventually.

And with that, all our battlers have finally taken damage! Whoo!

    Alphonse: <-12 HP; -6 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-12 HP; -6 EP; 0 clones>
    Nano: <-12 HP; -10 EP>

Rosalinda deals her second Thunder Wave of the battle and this one has Nano's name all over it. (Well, not really... you can't write on electricity... I assume... but let's just roll with it?) Nano's body goes rigid, but not nearly as rigid as Alphonse's. The Metang takes on a statuesque pose while Nano smacks his tail against the ground. The weather shifts. So i herd u lyk hail?

    Alphonse: <Can't move!>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP>
    Nano: <-4 EP; Par>

Alphonse <-1 HP>, Rosalinda <-1 HP> and Nano <-1 HP> all really hate Hail as it turns out.

Alrighty Alphonse, kick (punch? idk) some ass!

Meteor Mash@Nano ~ Shadow Ball@Rosalinda ~ Psychic@Nano (use it to redirect any attacks that come at you that turn, too)

If either of them block/avoid (Protect, Dig, etc.) your attacks, then switch to the other opponent.

Let's start out with a nice Safeguard, to ward off any nasty status effects.

Next, dance out of the way of that Shadow Ball before using Fire Punch on Alphonse. Add a bit of a spin to that punch to add some momentum.

Then use Double team. A bit of preparation never hurt xD

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 17 ‡

Looks like Alphonse can't catch a break. The Metang is immobilized yet again, causing it to do nothing but look pretty (which really is not its strong suit) while shenanigans erupt on all sides. Rosalinda protects herself with a magical veil while Nano burrows underground. Okay, so maybe shenanigans aren't exactly erupting, but... well, whatever, let's just continue.

    Alphonse: <Can't move!>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP; Sgd>
    Nano: <-2 EP>

Still underground, Nano must now suffer the wrath of the Paralysis gods. His body simply refuses to cooperate and he's therefore stuck underground, unable to witness the silliness that happens next. Rosalinda tries to dance out of the way of Alphonse's next attack while delivering a flaming punch of her own, but the plan only half works. She manages to sashay away from the Shadow Ball only to trip over her own skirt, miss her next shot and land face-first on the ground. She's left with a bruised chin. Um. Let's just say you're no Jennifer Grey.

    Alphonse: <-6 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-3 HP; -6 EP>
    Nano: <Can't move!>

Well, that was a little tragic. Rosalinda gets up, brushes herself off and tries to recover with a Double Team... which works great, up until the point when the Hail smites each and every last one of those doppelgangers. She slams her foot against the ground in anger, attracting the attention of Nano the Fantastic Burrowing Mudkip. The little mudskipper decides to give that "Dig (up)" command another attention and winds up knocking Rosalinda off her feet yet again, much to her dismay. However, karma is quick to come to Rosalinda's aid. Waving an arm, Alphonse sends Nano slamming into the arena barrier. THAT'S HOW IT'S DONE, BITCHEZZZ. (Three Z's. That's how much Alphonse means it.)

    Rosalinda's Reflect vanishes.

    Alphonse: <-7 EP>
Rosalinda: <-6 HP; -4 EP; Rft no more; 0 clones>
    Nano: <-11 HP; -2 EP>

    Alphonse <-3 HP>, Rosalinda <-3 HP> and Nano <-3 HP> all get Hail'd.

tsk tsk tsk, you two. You should know better than to both attack me at the same time.

Start things out with a protect.

Let's have you use a Will-O-Wisp on Alphonse, then, 'cause burning metal is fun :3

And, finally, use snatch to steal away that Agility Alphonse was ABOUT to use xD

    Yaaaay, I'm being manipulative! I guess. x3

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 18 ‡

The battle sashays ever onward as Nano gets to relive the joys of Paralysis. Eep. Meanwhile, Alphonse, smirking about as much as a Pokemon without a mouth can smirk, which isn't very much at all, attempts to lay into Rosalinda with a powerful Meteor Mash. Keyword: attempts. Rosalinda hides behind an indestructible shield and is left unscathed. She blows Alphonse a raspberry while she's at it. Neener neener neener.

But hey, Alphonse's attack rose! So neener that!

    Alphonse: <-8 EP; +1 Att>
    Rosalinda: <-8 EP>
    Nano: <Can't move!>

Rosalinda's not done being cheeky. She blows Alphonse a kiss, except this kiss is worse than most other kisses, because this kiss is made of FIRE. The tiny flame leaves her lips and wafts across the field before bursting against Alphonse, inducing instant Burnage. Grah. Alphonse is infuriated and would love nothing more than to vent its rage, but Paralysis kiboshes that desire. As immobile as a steel drum, Alphonse watches with mounting frustration as Nano Digs away. No! He was supposed to get Earthquaked! It was gonna be awesome! Not fair!

    Alphonse: <Brn; Can't move!>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP>
    Nano: <-2 EP>

Alphonse is relieved when its body decides to cooperate once again. The Metang tries to hop around super-fast and evade any and all attacks, but Rosalinda has other plans. She flourishes her hand and Snatches the wind out of Alphonse's sails, transforming Alphonse's speedy gait into a slow crawl. Ugh. Just then, the ground beneath it starts to quiver and out pops Nano, as frisky as ever. With a few quick swipes, Nano deals a tidy little package of Ground-type damage. Eep. Methinks the blue tin can is none too pleased with this turn of events.

    Alphonse: <-9 HP; -4 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP; +2 Spd>
    Nano: <-2 EP>

    Alphonse <-3 HP>, Rosalinda <-3 HP> and Nano <-3 HP> all get Hail'd... again! Alphonse's Burn also flares up <-2 HP>.

Alroight, Rosalinda. First thing, a sub: If either of those two fall asleep, use nightmare to make their dreams not-so-pleasant.

First thing, Rosalinda, use Fire Punch to further BURN dat metal (alphonse)

Then we'll have you use Thunderbolt on Nano.

Finally, use hypnosis on Alphonse. If he uses protect, use it on Nano, instead. If both of them use protect, relax for the turn.

Snatch any self-targeting moves(bar rest) that occur during the first two turns.

Okay then Alphonse, if Rosa's gonna play dirty, then we can play dirty RIGHT BACK. Weaken Rosa's Fire Punch by locking fists with her with an Ice Punch, then use Shadow Ball on her and finish up with a Confusion to prevent Rosalinda being able to concentrate enough to use Hypnosis accurately.

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 19 ‡

The Paralysis Fairy (aka. the bitchiest and least loved fairy of them all) pays Alphonse another visit, locking its whole body down for the action. Rosalinda swoops in and lands a graceful punch on the bucket of bolts, leaving Alphonse to respond with a very angry expression... except it might just be accidental Paralysis derp-face. I dunno. Meanwhile, Nano decides to prove that, yes, he is still a member of this battle and hits Rosalinda with a well-aimed beam of ice. She shoots the little squirt a vicious glare. Sometimes it's better to be ignored and just lay low.

    Alphonse: <-12 HP; Can't move!>
    Rosalinda: <-10 HP; -6 EP>
    Nano: <-8 EP>

Since the little Mudkip just had to make his presence known, Rosalinda decides to reward him with a sharp blast of electric current. Nano stumbles backward in a static-y daze while Alphonse knocks Rosalinda to the ground with a swirling ball of shadows to the back. Cheap shot! Overcoming his dazed state, Nano contributes to Rosalinda's fading fortunes by pelting her with several balls of ice. Snowballs are cute, but Ice Balls are just plain nasty.

    Alphonse: <-6 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-21 HP; -8 EP>
    Nano: <-15 HP; -7 EP>

Aaaand now it's the Paralysis Fairy's turn to pay Nano a visit! With Nano out of commission, Alphonse and Rosalinda are left to duke it out unencumbered. Rosalinda locks eyes with the Metang and tries to lure it into a deep slumber, which at first looks like it's about to work. Alphonse begins to grow weary but keeps it together juuust long enough to dish out a Confusion. It doesn't do a lot of damage but it does scramble Rosalinda's brain to such a degree that her Hypnosis attempt is officially kiboshed. Alphonse simply laughs...

    Alphonse: <-3 EP>
Rosalinda: <-4 HP; -4 EP; Sgd no more>
    Nano: <Can't move!>

...but then its Burn flares up again <-3 HP> and Burns are decidedly less funny.

    ‡ Post-Round ‡

lol, let's hope the paralysis helps this much in my current tournament battle :3

Let's start things out with a Good Ol' Light Screen. For this turn, if Nano tries to perform any self-targeting moves (bar rest), then use snatch to steal it.

Use Psychic and try to send that Shadow Ball Nano's way.

Then we'll attempt to meet that Meteor Mash with a Fire Punch!

    ‡ Pre-Round ‡

    ‡ Round 20 ‡

Golly, is it Round 20 already? Seems like just yesterday Cicero was Ciceroing like a champ. Anyway, the Paralysis Fairy hears Cynder's complaints and decides to go easy on Alphonse... except lolol, jk. Alphonse succumbs to the familiar feeling of complete and total immobility, which means it's vulnerable to... well, nothing. Rosalinda gracefully calls up a glimmering golden screen while Nano pulls a Miko and returns to his familiar underground nook. He sprays around some of that cookie-scented air freshener real estate agents use to make houses feel inviting. Ahh. Home sweet home.

    Alphonse: <Can't move! Again! Lol!>
    Rosalinda: <-4 EP; LSn>
    Nano: <-2 EP>

Rosalinda stands her ground and waits for Alphonse to whip a Shadow Ball her way. She commits the oh-so-common ASB cardinal sin of trying to redirect an energy-based attack using Psychic; despite her best efforts, she winds up taking a Shadow Ball to the face. Whatevs, at least the Light Screen filtered out a lot of that damage. Meanwhile, Alphonse must suffer the wrath of Nano, who Digs up from beneath him and cuts loose with a barrage of melee moves. The Metang shoots the little mudskipper an angry robotic glare. so i herd u h8 mudkips.

    Alphonse: <-9 HP; -6 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-6 HP; -7 EP>
    Nano: <-2 EP>

Rosalinda once again lets Alphonse make the first move. The Metang charges forward with a fist raised, which Rosalinda parries using a punching attack of her own. Meteor Mash meets Fire Punch and, though a sizeable amount of damage is negated, Rosalinda's fiery fist deals a fair bit more pain. Nano, meanwhile, is granted a reprieve by the Paralysis Fairy (yay!) but can't execute his command because Scald is a Gen V move (boo!). Wah-wah. Is it just me or does Nano stand a decent shot of stumbling ass-backwards into a win?

    Alphonse: <-6 HP; -8 EP>
    Rosalinda: <-4 HP; -6 EP>
    Nano: <...>

Alphonse's Burn greets him like an old friend... an old, crazy, needlessly violent friend who doesn't like him very much at all <-3 HP>. Somebody get the bucket of bolts some effing aloe vera already.

    Cynderp, I like that :U

Start with a TPunch at Nano then Mimic Rosa's Reflect if you can, or use it yourself. Finish with a Shadow Ball at Rosa, unless she Protects/avoids it somehow in which case you can use another TPunch at Nano.
