I'm beginning to think that I've pretty much made it so that my safari zone is basically built on a multitude of references.

I mean really, I've brought in LoZ, My Little Pony, a bit of Mystery Dungeon, some Fallout/ Fallout Equestria (back when Eragam was in my SZ), and now I'm even referencing one of my OWN SZ adventures.

And I haven't even gotten done with 1 adventure yet in my zone! How insane is that!?

    Ehehehehe strategy!~

I have no idea how the hell it worked, but it did and this is fantastic! I thought I was done for at the start of that battle. (sorry about teaming up against you by the way BT, but I have more moves that are effective against a Scraggy than I do a Servine and I needed to do damage somehow because I INTEND ON WINNING THIS THING :U)

    However, I guess I shouldn't celebrate yet.

Mine's been fairly good, I got NSMB2 for the 3DS last Saturday, and so far, I've beaten every level in the game and gotten all five Stars on my save file (one for beating World 6-Castle, one for collecting all the Star Coins, one for collecting all the Moon Coins in World Star, one for completing every level in every world (including the cannons), and one for getting the maximum amount of lives, aka a triple crown...right now, I'm aiming to get 1,000,000 coins, and eventually 9,999,999 coins (I believe I'm in the ballpark of 200,000 right now according to the last time I checked).

So yeah, despite a few areas that gave me difficulty (such as Star-Castle, which can be a real pain if you're trying to collect all 3 Moon Coins without using White Raccoon Mario), I finished it all, and now I'm currently trying to rack up coins in Coin Rush.

I'm so jealous to you. I'm still stuck in Super Mario Galaxy trying to get those Purple Coins in Toy Time. But on the other hand, if I was that good, I'd have to buy both NSMB and NSMB2 to get new challenges, but now I can use not having completed my Galaxy 1 and 2 yet as a pretext. The problem is, of course, that those games are getting more and more rare in shops.

During this week, I have re-drawn an old comic I made like 18 years ago. It has some crazy jokes, eccentric ideas that ignore the laws of physics and talking animals. Now that I have announced the project, it may take more time, but I'd very much like to post the comic on FanArt. Other than that, my week has been exceptionally normal which is a lot if considering my weird routine.

Weirdly enough KoT, I got NSMB2 about a week ago. I've finished it already and it was a fairly short game, only about 10 hours or so, even after fully completing it. I only have around 100,000 coins, but I really don't feel like grinding all the way to million, though it only takes about five minutes to get 30,000. I dunno, I think I prefer the previous game, it even seemed harder (or had some really obnoxious Star Coins), but it was entertaining for the most part, just not that great a game to me.

As for my week, I handed in two essays yesterday, on the deadline, so that's out of the way. I've got one more essay to hand in next Friday, then an exam the Wednesday after that. Then I'm finished with my first year of uni! There's been some good parts and some bad parts, but overall it's been the best year of my life. And it seems next year will be even better. Also, PMD3 GET TO EUROPE!

I actually bought Pokemon Conquest the day it came out and I found it too easy. Within a week I beat it TWICE and that's with resetting. Traded it in at Gamestop and the guy looked at me and said, "Really?" I just said how easy it was and I had beaten it twice already.

Really? I've been playing Conquest for a long time, with a play time of over 120 hours and the game just DOES NOT END. It's my least favorite spin off due to it being tedious, padded and repetitive. The main story is pretty good, the characters are great, but that's only the first 10 hours or so. The rest of the game is "I will conquer Ransei with these ideals." 5 hours later, "I have conquered Ransei with these ideals." END. Repeat 31 more times. NOT KIDDING.

    I want Ranger 4...

My week's been okay. I've just been put on a new research project (food taxonomies?? idk) and I'm trying to clear up a whole bunch of confusion with my student loan peoples. Kind of annoying. In brighter news, I went to an improv show on Tuesday and volunteered to go onstage for part of it! My friend's boyfriend and I were a two-headed, axe-wielding monster. It was super badass. Then we got slain. sigh. I visited the campus pub afterward and helped my friend close up. Got a free pitcher. It totally made up for getting slain.

And that is Oslo's week in review!

Nah, they already did the whole "ranger signs" gimmick. They even named the latest game "Guardian SIGNs" to illustrate how that thing was pretty much only for that game.

If they come out with a new ranger game, I don't foresee them reusing the signs mechanic.

    BTPoke wins!

I did that mainly 'cause I thought that would be a fun sort of visual puzzle to toss into a SZ quest but I was unsure whether it was too difficult. Clearly it's solvable, so now I know for the future.

Prize will come when Tree does.
