Skyline Terrace
A strange town, all within the treetops. Long since abandoned by humans, the MASSIVE amount of Pokemon that live here all seem a bit strange and off kilter.
The completely aerial town is connected by boards, and the homes all resemble traditional Japanese style.
One would think the townspeople were turned into Pokemon here!
Round Eighty Five
You and Vigilance take point following the surprisingly spry Bonsly along a rickety series of pathways. Elegance accompanies Cobalion just behind you whilst Darwin takes up the rear, keeping a close eye on the surroundings. Every so often, Bonsly looks back over its 'shoulder', sees you follow it, yelps and picks up a little bit of speed but can't hold the burst for more than a few seconds.
It's not long before you reach a tall Pagoda with a large bronze bell on the top floor. Bonsly runs up the steps and pushes open the large wooden doors before running inside. Obviously you follow him in.
"Grandfather, the temple has been breached!" the Bonsly yelps and runs up to an old and creaky Sudowoodo that is barely able to move. A Cinccino is helping him to move piles of scrolls.
"Calm yourself grandson, speak only the facts to me." the old man says. His body may be old, but his eyes flick up to meet yours for a second before returning to the Bonsly.
"Yes Grandfather. A woman came to the door, accompanied by three ghosts. One of the ghosts was pulling a large sack. They attacked the priests there and entered the temple. I hid out of sight and watched her approach the Wall of Tales. It was like she knew where the secret..." he hesitates and looks back at you, but the Sudowoodo insists he continue. "the secret panels to open the wall to the chambers beyond. As soon as she crossed the threshold and the door closed I came here. This person just arrived at the Terrace and started following me here."
"You were right to come here straight away. Go and alert the priests, tell them to prepare."
"Y-Y-Yes grandfather!"
The Bonsly scuttles off and the Sudowoodo motions for the Cincinno to follow him. When he is alone, he turns to speak to you.
"I know why you are hear swordsman, your arrival has been foretold in one of the many legends of Skyline Terrace.
When the well of life is plundered by death, three wandering swords will fall from the sky. A battle will be fought between this world and the next. Fear not the coming of the trinity of blades, for only together can they cast out the darkness and restore life and light. I believe this is you."
- Well I am pretty legendary, tell me more
- Fascinating, but we have a job to do
