Okay, so it's my Roserade (Petallion, F, Poison Point) against your Weepinbell (Venus, M, Chlorophyll). Let's do dis!
Okay... what have we got. Extrasensory, Swords Dance, Poison Jab. Eh, it'll do.

lol @ Grass/poison vs Grass/poison xD
Alroighty, then. Venus, let's do this for the sake of me actually winning a tourney for once xD
Come on out here and show off your new form!
Victreebel
Male
@Chlorophyll
Alright, start things out by setting up a substitute that's as small as you can make it.
While she's dancing with her little blade things, I want you to use Sunny Day.
Now, with your new-found speed in the sun, I want you to do your best to dodge that poison Jab before using Natural Gift.
Looks like that attack boost will benefit US pretty nicely :3
Round One
The Semi Finals of the Verdant tournament looks lie it's going to be a nail biting battle of wits and strength. Petallion the Roserade faces off against; newly evolved; Victreebel, Venus. As neither pokemon start with an advantage, they both move at practically the same time. Petallion focuses her will and a little bit of mental focus into an attack of supernatural origin. It strikes Venus and appears to destroy the Victreebel completely, but it quickly becomes apparent that Venus has created a substitute to take the strike instead. Sneaky.

Venus HP -5, PP -8 ;Substitute
Certain her foe is trickier than she previously thought, Petallion begins a dance of swords, closing up her blooms and revealing the sharp thorns beneath. With each step, she feels new strength coming into her body. Venus on the other hand, calls forth the power of the solar deity. The sun burns through the cloud layer, the gentle breeze is replaced by a lingering warmth and chlorophyll cells in Venus' leaves begin to absorb the light, turning it into a speed boost.

Venus HP -0, PP -6 ; Spd+2
Sun is shining
With the sun on his side, Venus darts around Petallion, looking for the right time to strike back. Casting a shadow over his foe, Venus tosses two leaves at Petallion, leaves with seem to ignite and rain embers of flame over Petallion the moment they hit. Distraught at the surprise attack, Petallion shakes the little fires off her body, then leaps at Venus, slamming a sharp, but powerful jab into the pitcher plants gut. Poison seeps out of the closed fist, but it soaks harmlessly into the ground.

Venus HP -12, PP -5 ;

First things first, Venus, use Weather Ball.
Next, use Natural Gift.
Finally, use Weather Ball once more.
If they ever use a weather move that's not sunny day, use Sunny Day instead.
If they try to use a status move, use Substitute.

Round Two
Round Two finally gets underway after what seems like forever. Thanks to her Chlorophyll acting like tiny solar panels and using the sun to boost his speed, Venus moves quicker than Petallion and summons a pale white orb. The sphere almost instantly absorbs the light and heat of the sun and bursts to life, doubling in size and taking on a fiery persona. Venus tosses the ball at her foe, where it explodes sending painful embers all over the Rose warrior. But Petallion isn't one to be outmatched, and he too creates a perfect copy of the attack, tossing his own Weather Ball straight back at his foe. Both pokemon are left reeling from the sheer power of the attack.
Petallion HP -20, PP -8 ;
Venus HP -20, PP -8 ;
Venus changes tactics, calling on nature to act. This time vines grow out of the ground like a Grass Knot, wrapping themselves around Petallion. The Roserade struggles against them, and struggles harder and faster when the vines ignite and begin burning him like lances of pure heat. Venus chuckles as the vines finally turn to ash and blow away, but those chuckles end when yet another Weather Ball comes crashing down upon her.
Petallion HP -16, PP -8 ;
Venus HP -20, PP -5 ;
With nothing but fire left to throw at each other, both pokemon once again exchange the same attacks. If this had been a contest then it would be a tough decision to amke. The image of giant balls of flame crashing down is impressive, but the constant repeating of the same move.. well that's no fun at all.

More like the heat escalated quickly xD
Okay, er, you're faster, but I have slightly more health. Soo... Weather Ball, Weather Ball, Weather Ball. If the weather changes, then use Poison Jab instead.
Poison.![]()
More health won't matter if I deal the final blow faster.
Weather Ball until Petallion's done for.
Round Three
All in all this battle is shaping up to be little more than a pissing contest, who can make the bigger Weather Ball. It's all come down to a case of power versus speed, and with Venus holding all the speed at the moment, Petallion is going to have pull a trick out of the bag to win this. Venus creates another colourless orb that is quickly ignited by the heat of the sun and tosses it at the Roserade, where it explodes sending embers everywhere. Petallion counters with a well planned and carefully thought out... oh another Weather Ball. It too sprays Venus with a shower of hot embers.
Petallion HP -20, PP -8 ;
Venus HP -20, PP -8 ;
Both pokemon are on their last legs/leaves, but Venus still has Cholorphyll giving her boosted speed. A second Weather Ball knocks Pteallion out, before he can throw his own atack off. The Roserade is recalled, and BTPoke goes through to the next round. Ayeun is overjoyed.
