Name- Kabuli
Age- 28
Gender- Man
Race- Half Saiyan (Half Human)
Appearance- Since he looks exactly like Broli, I'll just link a picture or two.
This is him in normal form, and this is him in SSJ/USSJ (I will make Kabuli not be able to go SSJ so he won't be too powerful).
Personality- Kind of cold and distant, he's not the most trusting person. He isn't psychotic and evil like his great grandfather Broli, but he's not a goody two-shoes. Let's just call him neutral.
Bio- He is the only living descendant of Broli. Broli's son, Brussi, and his wife, the only survivors of their planet, came to earth after it was destroyed. They had a son, Cauli, who married an earth woman. Their son was Kabuli. The fighting techniques were passed down through the generations, and Kabuli learned them all before his parents died. He is currently married to an Earth woman, and has a four year old son named Tomi. His wife and his son are the only people he trusts.
Attacks- Masenko, Makankosappo, and his own attack, the Sanju no Daisaigai (Triple Disaster). The Sanju no Daisaigai assaults the foe with a massive three-element attack (Lightning, Fire, and Ice). He powers it up in a similar fashion to the Spirit Bomb, except the sphere is of different colors (it flashes fire red, electric yellow, and ice white). This attack is a last ditch effort, and will never be used unless he has no other choice. It also requires an enormous amount of energy to execute, so he won't be able to use it until he's more powerful.
Other- I'm legally obligated to fill this in.

"No, no, no! It's 'Che-sah', not 'Cheesey'. Cmon squirt, I know you heard me the first three times!"
"I'm sorry daddy. I'll try again!"
The little boy stood up and slowly movd his hands in front of him. Then, fast as lightning, he spun and thrust his heel upwards, hitting Kabuli's lowered palm.
"Che-sah" He said very quietly.
"Yes! Good job Tomi, you got it!" Kabuli exclaimed, "Now, practice it over and over until you've perfected it."
"Kay." Little Tomi replied, going back to his starting stance again.
Ever since he married Asura and had a son, a side of Kabuli had emerged that nobody had seen before. Much to everyone's surprise, he did possess the emotions of happiness, compassion, and brotherhood. But he only directed them toward his wife and his son. However, one thing he never learned was leniency, which he proved in training his son by not allowing him breaks. The boy was very strong for being only four, and showed great promise to follow the footsteps of his dad, a travelling martial artist. However, their training that day was not to finish. As they were setting up for their next exercise, they heard a call from inside the house. It was Asura. Kabuli ran inside, with Tomi leaping after him. Asura was in the kitchen, holding a piece of paper, and trembling visibly.
"What is the matter Asura?" Kabuli asked.
"Yeah, whasamatter?" Tomi echoed.
".....Read this." Was her only response, handing Kabuli the paper. He began to read it.
"A letter from the police? What do they want? This is rather unusual..." Kabuli said. He continued reading, and his eyes began to darken as he reached the final points of the letter.
"Oh man. If what they're saying is true, this whole planet could go! I don't really care what happens to the rest of the people, but I swear I won't let anything happen to you or Tomi!" he exclaimed, picking up his son in one arm and embracing Asura in the other.
"I promise nobody will hurt you. But now I must go."
"But...where are you going?" she asked him.
"I'm not quite sure yet, but first I'd better head down to the police HQ to get the full details. I've never heard them sound so desperate before." he replied, heading toward the door. He stopped and turned around before he exited, his wife standing in front of him.
"I'll be back as soon as I can, I promise." he said, kissing his wife on the lips. He turned to his son.
"Now you'd better keep training while I'm gone, ok Tomi? I don't want to come back and have mommy tell me you've been slacking off!"
"Kay daddy!" Tomi said back, running out the backdoor of the house. With that, Kabuli said one last goodbye and departed, taking flight at top speed toward the city.
I hope that's good enough, I wasn't here at the very beginning of the first VG =).
