Quick Mario Question

I learned about an upcoming Mario game where you can make levels for yourself some time ago. Is it out yet, what is it called and is it good?

It's called Mario Maker and it's coming out next year sometime.

I just want to add a little more information.

When it comes to making levels, there are two ways you can view the levels...you can view them in the original style from Super Mario Bros. for the NES (aka "classic"), or you can view them in the style of the various New Super Mario Bros. games (aka "modern").

BTW, I wasn't intending to make any references to Sonic Generations, so there you go.

If you guys really enjoy the upcoming Mario Maker game, allow me to let you guys in on a little secret.

(Spoiler:) It's possible to make a hack of New Super Mario Bros. (for DS) or New Super Mario Bros. Wii which is just like Mario Maker...I happen to be now making a hack of the former, which I think I'm gonna call New Super Mario Bros: Master Quest (harder levels, but I promise they aren't as hard as the Super Mario Frustration levels...if you guys are real good for Christmas I might have something to show to prove the hack's existence).
