Boom steps back as you grab an ultra ball from your parcel and look to Kyurem for approval. The ice dragon doesn't seem to have any qualms, so you go all in and hurl the ultra ball at the felled Regice, who is immediately absorbed inside.

before freezing to the ice bank, locked in place!

The ultra ball is immediately teleported back to HQ and the hailstorm comes to a halt.
