As you progress, you're sure to keep your guard up, because this is Oslo's Ostensibly Outrageous Outings and therefore you are paranoid as crap. You climb up a number of staircases that take you to the Church's uppermost floors. Eventually, you come across a large iron door at the end of a hallway. (Dang, this place has a lot of hallways.) Brother Chiro unearths a brass key which he sticks into the door's keyhole and turns. The door clicks open and you follow Brother Chiro into the next room. You find yourself in a large chamber filled with heaps and heaps of random crap.

"This is where all the possessions belonging to newly initiated Prophets are taken," Brother Chiro says. "The High Priest and High Priestess also use this space to store assorted valuables. I do not enter this room very often, but my understanding is that the antidote stolen from the Old Village has been placed in here. Now, may I ask you a question?"

"You just did," Senic says, "but sure."

"If Arceus did not create this virus," Brother Chiro murmurs, "then why is he allowing it to happen? Why is he allowing bad things to happen to good Pokemon like Catharti?"

Alright I think I have an idea to get everything all right around the safari zone. If we can keep the tornadoes and cyclones and stuff at bay then I can fly up there and talk to the castform elders. What I need everyone to do is come outside and set everything up. I need Arommatise and the Psyducks to use Psychic on the cyclones and other stuff to keep them from coming near us. I need Dunsparce for you to set up a light screen and reflect to keep the winds from hampering us and Castform I would appreciate it if you would come with us because the elders will most likely listen to you rather than me.

None of us can truly be sure of the plan of Arceus. Hell, some think there IS no plan.

However, there's one thing I know for sure, from all my years of sunday school. This is not arceus' work.
Sin, by definition (at least according to my religion), is a deviation from God's plan. I don't know about you guys, but my religion's belief is that we are all made in God's perfect image, and we are all perfect in his eyes.
If your Arceus is the same as my God, then I know for sure that he would not wish this catastrophe upon us. This is the work of Sin, I assure you. The worst thing a man can lose is his faith, so don't lose yours.

If Sin is a deviation from Arceus' plan, then I assure you that some way, somehow, Arceus is working right now to fix it. He loves every single part of his creation, and he wouldn't just let us suffer without doing something about it.
Arceus is powerful and strange. His powers may be endless, but it's also discreet. He doesn't want to make things too obvious, because he's also a humble god.

I can promise to you right now that I WILL do arceus' work by ending this plague.

"The name's Frey," Castform says. "I'll do my best to help you, but I make no promises. I'm kind of bad at stuff."

You deliver some instructions to the other Pokemon and step back outside into the windstorm. The cyclones, which were off in the distance when you first arrived in Skyline Terrace, have gotten closer. You shield your face against the elements as the Pokemon take their positions.



Aromatisse and the Psyduck trio glow red as they tap into their Psychic powers. Dunsparce blesses your party with a Light Screen and a Reflect. You, Lloyd, Coral and Frey hop aboard Seze who beats his wings hard and ascends into the air. You wrap your arms around his neck as the wind howls around you. The higher you ascend, the more you realize exactly how much debris is soaring around. Mailboxes, garbage cans, manhole covers—there's no limit to the stuff shooting every which way. Seze does his best to dip and weave around these things, and he seems to be successful so far. You find that the Reflect and Light Screen help Seze control his movements as he navigates the raging storm.

You peer upward and see a distant speck just below the clouds. You're unsure whether it's Exire. As Seze climbs higher, you watch as a funnel cloud forms not far from you. You hope that the Psychic-wielders are doing their job.

"Hold on a hot minute," Frey shouts into your ear. "I just remembered! It's almost impossible to use Psychic to move anything gaseous, right? I think that's what the ASB Movelist says? And air is gaseous, innit? So... doesn't that mean..."

Before he can finish his sentence, a tornado dips down from the funnel cloud and pulls Seze into its rotation. You cling to your Salamence even harder as you start spinning round and round and round. Not even the Reflect or Light Screen can keep you safe from this.

Lloyd, Coral and Frey take turns alternating Protects. The plan works fairly well, though it burns through their energy awfully fast. Pieces of debris slam into the Protects, causing your party members to jump in surprise and nearly lose their grip on Seze, but they do their best to persevere. You close your eyes, praying your Pokemon can maintain the barriers long enough to get you to Exire. You're not sure how much longer they can take this.

Then, suddenly, the howling wind falls to silence. You feel Seze touch down on solid land. You open your eyes. You find yourself in a lush green pasture with the sun shining overhead. A pleasant breeze wafts through the air and ripples the grass. You cannot fathom what has happened.

"Aw, sweet, we made it to Exire!" Frey says. "Based on what I've heard, Exire exists within its own magical biosphere, see, so it's not subject to the same weather patterns experienced by the rest of the Safari Zone. That must be why there's crazy weather everywhere else while things seem to be pretty hunky-dory here."

As you examine your surroundings, you realize the pasture around you comprises a single floating island. There are other floating islands not far off. Glancing around, you see a group of jolly Cleffa skipping around aimlessly.

"I see," Professor Jellybottom says. "Well, Cindra from the Hunter's Cove stronghold just flew me here! I have what we need!"

He holds up a syringe containing a luminous blue substance.

"I have the Chemical A sample we require!" Professor Jellybottom explains. "Oho, I found Kyogre in the Aqueous Ruins, just as you described, and I was ever so pleased that he allowed me to extract this. Now we need the Chemical Z sample the Prophets stole. Any idea where it might be?"

You land and approach the Castform. Seze looks away so as not to frighten anybody with his Intimidate ability. One of the Castform looks positively delighted by your request for assistance.



"I can help! I am ever so helpful!" she says, bouncing up and down. "My name is Harumi! The Castform Elders live in the Weather Shrine on the other side of that hill! Follow meeeee!"

Harumi starts bouncing away and you follow. When you reach the top of the hill, you look down and see a large structure you assume to be the Weather Shine. Above the entrance are three marble statues depicting the Sunny, Rainy and Snowy Castform forms.

"This is it!" Harumi exclaims. "You aren't the first individual wanting access to the Weather Shrine today! No sirree! To get inside, you need to follow the instructions on the door! There's a haiku describing an attack and you need to strike the door with the right attack for the door to open! You need to do that to several different doors before you can reach the central chamber!"

After all this time, you have finally reunited with your third and final Pokemon. However, his physical condition looks rough; he's covered in all sorts of bruises and gashes. Two other Pokemon stand near him.

At the last second, Brother Chiro uses Switcheroo, just as you instructed. The High Priestess ends up throwing a piece of chewing gum against the ground. The Chemical Z ends up in Brother Chiro's possession.
