Gligar Man gave them a whistle which had a Gligar Man symbol on it. Whenever they blew the whistle, GM would come to the rescue.

Heh, yeah, he gave away the answer in his question, aah! By the way, for my answer to the Hard Question in Set #4, I counted the three banned episodes and also the two Christmas episdoes. V89 counted the dub episodes, I counted the Japanese. I hate to be a wet blanket, but please look into it. I just wanted to make sure.
