Time for a short Makura post just to get her and Sai in the action....so to speak...

As the tournament ground grew closer, all of the many power levels that I had sensed before very becoming stronger and more acute. There was definetly some sort of large battle going on, and I doubted that it was one that was related to the tournament. Those two strong energy surges I had sensed before...they must be at the center of it. They, whoever they were, were obviously the ones causing trouble...
"Looks like were going to have some fun after all, Sai," I said aloud, "It may not be a tournament battle, but at least it'll be a nice change from the losers I normally fight! And just think! This time we may be helping to save the world!"
"That would be cool! I can see my name in lights right now!" I saw a glazed expression pass over Sai's face as she held out thumbs and forefingers in the shape of a box. "Sai Ravena: The World's Greatest Champion and Hero!"
I rolled my eyes subtly. I got the feeling that this girl was a tad on the conceited side....

Not long after that we finally approached the tournament grounds, and sure enough, there was a quite a ruckus going on. Many humans were fleeing in terror and a large billowing pillar of smoke and ash was rising from the center of the grounds. All of the strongest energy signitures were gathered in that area and seemed to be trying to fend off some sort of attack by the two entities. I figured it was time for us to investigate.
I motioned at Sai and we flew towards the rooftop surrounding the ring and I touched lightly down. I surpressed my power level (Figuring that it who probably smarter to remain unnoticed for the time being) and observed the chaotic scene below me. As I had suspected, the massive energy surge from before was caused by two people...two girls, in fact, and they were standing in the center of the smoldering ring. One of them was older, with long blond hair, and the other looked to be no more than 5 and had bright magenta colored hair. The later was currently amusing herself with "playing" with a human male.
The older one, however, seemed to have more important matters on her hands. Surrounding her on all sides there were several fighters, including some Saiyan's and the shrivelled Namek we had met before. I smiled at the sight of Saiya-jins...it was nice to see some others like me...They all seemed to be arguing, quite loudly, about something.
"Let's stay up here Sai," I suggested as she made a move to intervine, "After all, we don't have any clue what's going down there or what in hell they're argueing about. Let's staay out of it until we have the full story, hmm?"
With that I contented myself to knealing down on the roof and watching the scene before me unfold. This could get very interesting indeed...
