I think that they keep most of the legendaries, with the exception of talking Lugia. I think they'll keep the voices of Kyogre/Groudon and perhaps the Regis. Usually pokemon that growl or have names similar to their Japanese counterparts have their original voices kept (ie. Charizard and Bayleef).
