how and where do you get regice regirock registeel ???

This has been answered so many times already, but I'll answer it again since your choice of topic subject might help others find the answer.
There are three places in Hoenn where one large rock is surrounded by six smaller ones. They are in the sandstorm desert, the ocean near Dewford, and the rainy forest, and a Ruins Maniac trainer stands near each (in fact, they're the only places you'll find those trainers.) These rock formations hide the Legendary Golems. To enter the secret chambers, however, you must first unlock them, a process which must take place on Route 132 and which requires a Wailord, a Relicanth, the HMs SURF, DIVE and DIG, and a working knowledge of Braille (most encyclopedias should offer translations.) First you need a Wailord (wailmer at level 40) and a Relicanth, the second respectively is found underwater outide of sootopolis. After you have gotten the two of them have the Wilord with surf in order to save room on your team while unlocking them.

Youwill then need to goto Pacifidolg town with the relicanth in your first slot and the wailord in your sixth slot, after you have done this surf to the west and make sure that you have a pokemon that knows dig aswell since your going to know dig, surf, dive, strength and fly in order to get all 3 of them. this next bit is difficult and i'm abit tired so all i'm going to say is follow the currents until you find a small square upon which you can dive, this will then lead to an underwater cave which you can head south in. You'll then find a small slab with braille on it, you must then use dive to rise back upto the surface inside a cave with lots of slabs of braille. go upto the top and use dig, this will cause a slight earthquake and then this will open up a hole into another room, now goto the top of the room and press the 'a' button with the relicanth and wailord in your first and last slots respectively. This causes another earthquake and 2 doors opening in a far away place.

Regice:
Go to Dewford, go all the way up the island and to the left, and surf up and to the left. You will eventually get to an island with a man on it-go on the island, cross over, and keep surfing up. You'll get to a big mountain with six small stones around it, aaaand… there's an entrance! Go in! Go up to the Braille-it says 'stop and wait, wait for time to pass twice.' In otherwords wait two minutes and the door will open to regice. So do something while you wait. Then go and capture this tank.

Registeel
Go to Lilycove and walk left. You'll pass the Safari zone, keep going, you'll pass into route 120 and then you'll see some stairs. Go up, through the tall grass, and there be your strange mountain thingy. When inside goto the middle of the room and use fly this opens to door to registeel which is the first one i captured and the easiest imo.

The first two are easy to capture, Regirock i think would be the hardest to capture out of the trio.

Regirock
Go to the desert area (route 111, above Mauville) and go down. Dun dun duuun, there is your mountain with the six rocks and the opening! Go inside-the Braille reads, 'right, right, down, down, then, use strength.' So, go two steps right, two steps down, and voila, you can magically use strength. The door will open when you do, and you can face Regirock at LV 40.


Remember there will always be a ruin maniac near the ruins.

They might've been easy for you, but it took me nearly 15-20 Ultra Balls each before I was able to catch all three...and I even weakened them, too!

One of the best ways to catch all thre of these Legendary PoKeMoN is to have Ralicanth have the move Yawn and use it to get either Regirock, Regice or Registeel which ever one you're facing first to make it drowsy and then fall asleep the next turn than if you have Sceptile from the very beginning of the game if you chosse him/her as your first PoKeMoN or any other PoKeMoN that uses False Swipe you can drain them to 1 HP and use an Ultra Ball on them only if they're asleep and have 1 HP remaining.

Take from me since that's how I managed to catch them and if you want either of them to be shiny save your game before fighting them and see if there color is diffrent from the original.
