Camerupt and Torkoal moveset

Hi,could someone give me a good Torkoal and Camerupt moveset?

Torkoal: Flamethrower, Curse/Iron Defense, Body Slam/Rest, Amnesia @ leftovers

You could use Overheat on Torkoal in place of Flamethrower as well. Preference thing.

I'm not a fan of Leftovers personally, and considering Camerupt's 'incredible' speed, I'd prefer quick claw. But that's a matter of prefrence.

Overheat on Torkoal gets old fast, especially with its special attack being cut to pieces every time he uses it. Torkoal's special attack is not amazing as is, so I'd personally suggest you stick with FT. But that's me, yet again.

Another option is heatwave-Torkoal's signature move. It has 95%acc. and 100 power before stab, with 10PP.

My set is:
Torkoal@quick claw
-F-thrower
-Amnesia
-Iron Defence
-Rest

It works in 1v1, but there really isnt much hope for a slow stat-raiser in 2v2, I tried it, it goes last and gets killes before it can stat-raise or rest (the opponent knows what ure trying to do with it, unless theyre thick).
