Pollution, because plastic is hard to get rid of once it is nothing but garbage, and burning plastic would be a huge mistake.

Captain Planet because he can get rid of pollution.

Captain Sun because the Sun is bigger than our planet.

The Angry Sun, because if you dare try to cross his path in the special desert level in Super Mario Bros. 3, he can cause you plenty of trouble if you don't get rid of him.

Mario because he can beat anything Bowser throws at him, including the sun in that level.

Hammer Mario Suit because that's the only means to beat the Angry Sun.

A Koopa shell, because it also can defeat The Angry Sun (did you know that Mikachu?) if Mario (or Luigi) can fly while holding one.

Yoshi because he can grab the Koopa Shells and stick them in his mouth.

Shigeru Miyamoto, because without him not only Mario, but also a host of other videogame franchises wouldn't exist.

Japan, because it is the home of many famous people in the video game industry.

Earth, because there wouldn't be a Japan without the Earth.

Aliens, because they always seem to have ways to invade the Earth.

E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, because it was about a friendly alien.

Pokemon, because video game based animes are the best (in my opinion anyway).

Supervillains, because they always seem to be the only ones to hinder the superheroes.

Galactus, because he's virtually the ultimate in supervillains.

Letters (aka A to Z), because without them, writing out any number on paper or any other way would be impossible.

Pencil because writing wouldn't be possible without a writing utensil.

Chinese letters because there are thousands of them in common use in East Asia.

A translator, because one of these would be immensely useful for anyone who can't understand a specific language very well (or at all for that matter).

Steve Jobbs because without him, many computing innovations wouldn't have seen daylight.

God, because without him, there wouldn't have been such a thing as daylight.

Religion, because without religion no one would care about God.

A church, because people might not otherwise learn about religion if they don't go to one.

Priest, because without one, going to church would be pointless since no one would be there to teach them about religion

A church's clergy, because a church leader would have a hard time doing their job if they were alone and had no other people working with them.

Tithe, because without tithe the church staff wouldn't get money to maintain church services.

Government, because without the government to make money, people won't be able to provide the tithe.
