I've really gotta apologize to the people I'm reffing for. I haven't been reliable at all for the past month or so. Sorry all.

Okay, I thought I should post here for him, but I got a hold of aragornbird lately, and as of such, he isn't returning to ASB, his life is too busy for him, with a summer job and all (he told me over AIM he was going to make a farewell thread here, but he kept forgetting to do so). So, I guess this means there is a need to find someone new to take his place as gym leader; I'm going to definitely miss seeing him in ASB.

There is absolutely no need to 'replace' him as a Gym Leader seeing as we lost Dan and introduced 4 new ones. We're not short on them at all.

I know, I know, I've got reffings to do and battles to respond to, I know. Most of my inactivity lately has been due to extreme busy-ness (I only JUST graduated high school this Saturday, you know) and a general decline in interest in ASB. I'm not sure if I'm going to leave yet--I may just stop reffing and continue to battle, or I may not stop at all--but at the very least I do intend to finish everything that's still going where I can. I would have gotten to it around Monday, but my power blew out and took my internet connection with it. I'm not sure when my mom or the f-tards at AT&T will be able to get around to fixing it, so I'm posting this quick message from someone else's house to say that I can't do anything until I get my connection back, and I don't know when that'll be. Sorry for dragging everything out so long.

My uncle was killed yesterday, so on Wednesday afternoon my family is going up to New York for the funeral. I don't know how long I'll be gone; most likely we're coming back down on Sunday. The family I'm staying with does have internet access, but I think it's dial-up and doesn't always work. Therefore, just pretend that I can't get on until maybe Monday, and perhaps I might magically appear from time to time.

night before last my internet messed up and i was unable to connect. yesterday it worked again and was this monring until it froze. When i turnede it back on i had my wallpaper, but all the buttons and programs were gone. i am at the library atm but not sure how long it will be until i get it fixed. i have to work 5-11 tongiht. i will try to call dell tech tongiht if i'm not too tired otherwise i'll have to wait till the morning at least. Just giving everyone a heads up i'll try to get it fixed as soon as i am able but not sure how long it will take

I'm sure people have noticed (mostly those I'm reffing for, sorry yet again guys) that I've been scarce lately. Just got a lot of RL stuff going on... nothing serious or anything, but bothersomely time consuming nonetheless.

But thats not the real point of the post.

I'll be going on vacation with the family, starting tommorow. Our yearly trip to Illinois, and as per the usual we're staying with my grandpa. Which means zero internet access. We're going to be gone for 3 weeks or more. Planned return date is the 31st, but it could be a few days longer or shorter since everyone has a few extra days off, and we drive so there's no time limit there.

I've more or less cleared my battles out. The GF and Tourney will have to wait, and I'll be forfeiting my only other one.

For the battles I'm reffing... hopefully you can find sub-refs in the interim. I'll post in the Reffing Tower requesting it. I really wanted to finish all your battles up beforehand, but RL wasn't having any of that.

I've got last-minute packing and such to do (yes, I'm a big procrastinator ). So I probably won't be on again. So goodbye to you all for a few weeks. Don't get too crazy without me . With any luck, all my RL stuff will be cleared once I get back, and I'll be able to be active again.

Thought it better to tell as someone might wonder why we have dropped off the face of the ASBing world. Anyway she'll be back on the following Saturday (21st) while I'll be back on Sunday. Why Sunday? *points to avatar* I will be otherwise engaged Saturday. I read like a mad woman (although I am certain, certain somone-else's here will be faster then me, *slaps hands with Weez*) so I'll probably be done by Sunday.

I have some rather bad news for all the battles I'm reffing...
....Am currently in a VERY PISSED OFF MOOD because MY DESKTOP COMPUTER has gone BINKERS - I mean BONKERS. I don't know if it's temporary(please let it be temporary ;.; ) or permanent, but right now I'm in a panic over all my lost files and photos and whatnot with NO BACKUP.
Argh.
u.u yes anyway, this is not the place to grouse about my computer troubles...

....so yeah, right now, I'm posting from my dad's laptop to which I have limited (but generally daily) access to.. So...my online forays may be sporadic from now until my is fixed (estimated time taken: from about a few days to a month. *dies*)

...oh and the whole point is, I will *try* to keep up with my reffings and my (single) battle, and I'm really sorry. If anyone wishes to get a subref for their battle, you're welcome to do so, but like I said, I'll try to keep up with all of them.

I'm really sorry to hear about your father's condition, Puzzle. Cancer of any kind is no fun at all, I sure hope you'll recover quickly after your father passes on, it's never fun to lose a parent. I'm thinking of you, and hopefully the others here are, too.

BTW, I'm sorry I didn't get to battle you, but I'm glad you're starting to mature, that's what I look for in anyone I battle, so thanks for that.

Before my usual strange entrance, I will say to Unsolved Puzzle, I am very sorry to hear about your dad. While I cannot know how you feel having never lost a parent myself, I hope you will accept my sympathies. I am truly saddened to hear that your dad had to leave you so early in your life. Hopefully once the sadness had dimmed you can remember the good times you had together.

Anyway, Hyperness is a Good Thing won't be on ASB (or elsewhere, for that matter) on account of her computer crashing unexpectedly on her, so she asked me to pass the message on. She says to the people whose battles she's reffing to get a substitute ref if possible and apologies all round.

Yo! I'm back buuuut..(yes sorry there's a but).. Got lots of stuff to sort out on my (old) computer... *grumbles* My dad won't get a new one so I'm still have old..erm..faithful here u.u
Therefore I can't guarantee that it will remain well..(maybe if it crashes more my dad will finally get the message and buy a new desktop pc for me)
...so anyway, I will commence reffing...tomorrow by the earliest for all the battles I was previously reffing that didn't manage to get a subrefs.. ^^ Sorry for all inconvenience caused!
