Okay, a few days ago, there was a really bad thunderstorm where I am, which did some considerable damage to the power in the province I live in (PEI) over the weekend, though it's been restored, my internet provider, Aliant, seems to be going through times where besides fixing the static on the telephones in my house, they are also deactivating the internet connection here (at times it's on, but for most of today and yesterday, it's been off; only coming on at the occasional time). Because of this problem, I don't want to be DQed in any of my battles (especially my gym battle with Chris 2.0, seeing all the DQs in his gym battles is creeping me out a little) until I can post to say I'm 100% confident the problem here is gone. Just please bear with me guys, the internet here could go off or on at any unpredictable moment, and that's driving me crazy.

Um yeah. Got some news, not great news, kinda bad news, but hopefully it won't get any worse.

Today around 1 PM my mom was practicing on her motorcycle when she lost control, went head-over-heels, and ended up hitting a tree. They're flying her into Lincon Nebraska to see what the extent of her injuries were, they think there's some internal bleeding.

The Good news is that she was concious and cussing out the paramedics, so she's still got some kick left in her. This means that I'll be heading up to Lincon for the next few days, leaving tonight after work, and I'll probably still be gone till next Wed.

Dont' expect much in the ways of Reffing (which I was slacking due to other projects), until about Wednesday afternoon when I finally get back home.

Okay, here's the update.

I'm currently in Lincoln on my mom's laptop. Right now she has five broken ribs on her left side, and one broken rib on her right. There's a blood coagulation near her left lung so her breathings shallow at the moment. She also has some lacerations on her liver, but depending on the hemoglobin levels in the next few days will depend on how soon she can get outta here.

So I was able to leave without going to work because my Manager, while being a tight-wad, is compasionate and let me leave without having to work tonight and for the next three days. So I'm not working for the next six days total (already asked some days off). As it stands I can't do any reffings for anyone due to I left my Seperate Hard-drive, which has all my Reffings on it, back at home in Hays. So no reffings but I'll be hanging around for the rest of the night on MSN if anyone wants to chat or whatnot....

Ok well the comp I use normally has apparently decided having a data spewing fit is a rather good notion. While this may be fun for the computer, it is not all useful to me. While it's having its blue screens of doomdom it is evidently is quite broken and has to be fixed (I'm using the one in my sis's room currently). I'll try to get on, as I am right now, but when my sissy comes back that might be rather difficult. Just a warning in case I seem to drop off the face of TPM, you know why. *sigh*

I'll try to be on and post on time but between, work, college, and my computer connection being a pain it miht take me a while.

Just in case i disappear for large periods of time, my internet connection has chosen to work for a while then refuse to work for random periods of time. Sometimes all but a minute or two other times its hours at a time. Once it was a whole night which happened after a storm. Not sure if this has anything to do with the phone bill getting lost in the mail or not but may very well be. just bear with me and please don't dq.

Hopefully dsl will be up and working normally soon. Thanks to everyone who is being patient with me and i'll try and do the same.

I'm moving to Uni tomorrow. I have internet there and access to TPM so that should be fine, but I am going to be starting new subjects and meeting a lot of new people so I don't want to be known as 'the guy who spends his time at the computer'.

I'm not going to be as active as I usually am (ie: I have stuff to do with my life now) but I will still be around. If you have any problems in ASB you can still PM me and I'll help whenever I can.

All right, the majority of the work I've had to do as a second year student in my program is over (the program isn't over yet; I'm on OJT now). Luckily, OJT can't interfere with any battling I start to do here in the future (it's only 3 weeks; it started Monday), so I'm finally ready to return to battling. I'll see you guys around the forum.
