I go to Hulu and Crunchyroll almost daily for anime, and YouTube for random stuff. Besides that, I go to Farmville and Cityville a few times a day to check on my farm/city, and also check my e-mail.

YouTube and sometimes Vimeo. Also Photobucket and Facebook which allow you to upload videos even though it's not their main feature. I used to visit Veoh until it stopped allowing viewers from Argentina. I watch whatever my friends upload or show me, and I occasionally search for something I'm interested in, but very rarely.

I tend to use YouTube alot to catch the new epis of Pokemon in Japanese and just random videos. I tend to visit Facebook too much in a day... if it isn't on a computer it's on my phone or my iPod... if not that, then I tend to check the local sports channel website (TSN.ca) or Collegehumor.com... yeaaaah... tough life...

Youtube to mindlessly search for ridiculous videos, and India never fails me. Hell I would be right with Tosh.O. Then Facebook and my email accounts, and my bank statements to hope for magic money.

I go to Youtube a lot, but pretty much only when I'm linked there. As far as streaming video goes, I do like that the Daily Show and the Colbert Report stream all their episodes online. Makes up for not getting cable.
