First, DL: Chaos Redefined had blademaster's gym badge (which is included in the Tower of the Ascended), and Ayeun's (which is not). Why is the latter not mentioned? He isn't gonna get a third, of course, but I'd like my record to reflect this.... PROOF.

Second, Ay: Looking at your current gym battle, I notice it says that it is possible for your arena to have more than 9 battles (in the unlikely event of ties). Since you only have 10 pokemon in your team, does that mean you automatically concede if it gets to a point of, say, 4 wins for one side, 4 wins for the other, and 2 ties? It's unlikely, but this is the kind of stuff that happens when I start looking at preparing for a serious challenge

I have no idea. No one has ever had 2 draws vs my gym.

So I've taken a crack at updating some parts of my gym today; I've set up some (possibly temporary until I make my own, idk) banners to pretty it up a bit, and more importantly I think I've balanced it a bit more. Most notably I changed the setup, rather than having a single, double, and triple battle, I shrunk that down to two singles and a double. I'm also going to add a tiebreaker round, I know exactly what I'm going to do for it (and honestly I'm really excited about it) but I've not gotten around to writing it yet.

Also the formatting's nowhere near done either, I want to add in tables to line everything up better so that the banners don't look so out of place, but I'm not 100% sure how the table formatting works and whether or not I can control the width of each column? If I can't control the widths I'll have to make vertical banners to place on either side, but that's a task for another day. So yeah, opinions on the arena's changes?

AFAIK, Column witdh is not editable. I've been playing with using something within the column as a fixed length and making sure that everything else falls under that width, but that's really all one can do.

All legends were reset to null catch in November, any that have been caught after that (Groundon, Regice) are on the caught list. Everything else is free game.

I'm pretty sure that Rayquaza needs to be caught before Kyogre and Groudon can be encountered again. Just like Kyurem and Reshiram will if PC catches Zekrom.

I know Regice and Groudon are the only Legends to have been captured post-reset. However, a couple of months from now, there will be more Legends to add to those names, right? That's why there needs to be a continually updated list that keeps track of which Legends are available and which ones aren't. The list Mikachu linked to only covers which Legends have been caught at least once, not which Legends are (un)available. A list like the one I'm describing would resolve/prevent a lot of the confusion going on in this thread.
