arena: Cinnabar Island (after volcano eruption)

Mostly deserted now, save a few empty fishermen's houses. it is covered in hardened lava, creating a hard, thick layer of stone landscape occasionally protruding upwards in the fom of spikes, as well as hot geysers (if knocked into one, take 10% damage, 5% for Fire types.) generally narrow land, including sandbars and a boardwalk makes up this arena, while it is surrounded by a wide sea, for water pokemon to thrive. (if non water falls into sea take 5% damage) The battle may also continue at the nearby seafoam islands, if a pokemon can reach them, as well as the tiny rock outcrop in the sea, known as the "new cinnabar gym." This ocean is our playground.
