Yes, sorry. It always alternates, so it is your turn.
My turn, right? This stuff always alternates, doesn't it? Just making sure...
(gets blind-sided across the face)
Whoa, that was fast...
Anyway......

OK, Phoebs, I don't think that that Scyther will be getting up anytime soon - use Future Sight, then Recover twice! If it tries to attack, use Double Team instead!
Move: Future Sight, Recover, Recover
Sub: Double Team
Th perfect opportunity. Relic, hang in there. Phoebe's low on energy, and this is the best way to make her waste it.Since she'll Double Team if we attack, let's do nothing but attack.
Use Silver Wind x3 to attack her, and blow away her clones. The street's wide and open, so there shouldn't be any problems with hitting her.

Round 6... begin!
It's become apparent that both Pokemon are reaching the end of their proverbial ropes. However, both trainers cheer their Pokemon on, and calls of "Go Ralts!" and "I got big money on the pointy one!", for example, echo across the street. Relic grins, and being slightly more energetic than his foe (as well as naturally speedier) makes his move first. He spreads his wings in an intimidating manner, and suddenly a sharp wind begins to pick up in the street. Sensing an impending attack, Phoebe aborts her Future Sight attack and quickly fans out into 5 identical copies. Relic is momentarily bewildered, before taking aim at the Ralts on the far left; the wind condenses into a more physical form, and, carrying powdery essence of bug, flies at one of the Phoebes. It makes contact, and suddenly, all the Ralts save for the one that was attacked disappear. Phoebe stumbles backwards, dazed.
Pleased with his success, Relic decides to do the same thing again. Once more, he spreads his wings, and once more, a sharp wind picks up. Once more, Phoebe notes an incoming attack, and once more, she spreads out into a line of Ralts. Once more the wind semisolidifies and flies at one of the Ralts, but this time, it passes through the Ralts, meeting no resistance. The clone disappears in thin air as the other Phoebes snicker.
Relic scowls. Once again, however, he repeats his action, summoning another blast of Silver Wind. Phoebe repeats her strategy as well; fanning out so that the Ralts count becomes a whopping 9. The Silver Wind fires, but once again, it hits a clone, leaving Phoebe unscathed.
End!

Mkay, Ace, then Blademaster.
This is going to be close, but no matter the outcome, you've done well, Relic.
Aerial Ace to find the true clone. Next, Swagger to get her mad. Play to your supporters in the crowd, that should work even if she can't hear what you're saying. However, if you see her close her eyes to ignore you, use Agility to speed yourselves up. Finally, strike with Quick Attack.
She's on her last legs, and those energy attacks are taking their toll.Keep your cool.

You're a real doll, Phoebs - I think this may be our last round... Better give it all we can!
Focus your energy; wait for him to attack, and then, hit him with a point-blank Psychic! Then, take a quick break; look away as soon as he starts Swaggering. If he uses Agility instead, take the oppurtunity to Recover your strength. Then, use your strongest attack on him - use Return, as hard as you can!
You can do this, Phoebs...

Round 7... begin!
It's rush hour now on Main Street, but that does not faze our combatants: though exhausted, they return to their fight with vigor. Phoebe adopts a defensive stance for now, slowly focusing her energy to unleash after Relic makes his move. And make it he does: Relic quickly scans the street in front of him, lending each Ralts clone his critical eye. Soon, he focuses in on one: the Ralts two from the right. The Scyther spreads his wings wind and flits into the air, hovering a moment before swooping at the line of clones. He smacks the Ralts with the edge of his wing, and Phoebe tumbles back; with her concentration broken, her clones subsequently disappear. Unfortunately for her, Phoebe's focus on her attack is also all but lost. Nevertheless, she pulls off the strongest Psychic she can muster, which is weakened somewhat by her low energy and Relic's elemental resistance.
Relic, recovering from the Psychic, clears his throat. Remembering her commands, Phoebe turns away, but that doesn't help much. Relic spreads his scythes out wide and embarks on a series of considerably inflammatory remarks, earning some jeers from the audeince, who seem to be agreeing with him. Phoebe tries her best to ignore the remarks, but after some particularly uncouth statements concerning male ballet dancers, her focus snaps, and she turns back around, a fire raging in her eyes.
Relic grins jauntily despite his exhaustion before he lifts into the air yet again. Utilizing his natural speediness, Relic takes off like a rocket and slams into Phoebe hard, although the latter's defense boost lesssens the damage slightly. Phoebe scowls and, remembering all of the mean things Relic said, tries to muster the happiness and love for her trainer that a Return attack requires... but her mind is filled with nothing but rage. She slugs Relic in the chest, her Return attack more like Frustration due to the Swagger. However, this seems to be too much for her: with the effort the Psychic took, combined with the energy she used trying to summon happy thoughts, as well as the energy required to actually perform the attack, Phoebe topples over, completely unconscious.
End!

Well folks, this was a close one, but I hereby declare Ace64 and Relic the victors. Blademaster and Phoebe, you played an excellent match. Additionally, Blademaster, some advice since you're new: don't be so hasty to use Recover, particularly when your Pokemon has health to spare and is low on energy. Recover burns a -lot- of energy.
Ace64, you and I get 2 points, while Blademaster gets one.
Whew!
Great fight, Blade, and I'm glad you were my first opponent. Don't get discouraged, you did really well. Promise we'll have a rematch soon.

I didn't realize that when HP or energy was at zero, the other would be, too... Recover doesn't boost energy, huh?Originally Posted by TheBlueAvenger

That was a Hell of a fight, man. Congrats.
EDIT: You wanna rematch?

Yes, soon... But I won't make the same mistakes twice. And when I come back, you'd better watch out!
