Not approved. A) Beyonce is a Horsea in this battle. She needs expirience as a Seadra before she can evolve. Secondly, you don't have enough points.

Edit: Sorry it seems you do have enough points! I didn't check your bank post straight away. But Seadra doesn't have expirience in her current form so it's still a no, I'm afraid.
