Due to the fact that id rather not type up my format again, im sticking to a variation of Ace's for the remainder of the battle.

    Post-Battle Stats
    Hermes (M Noctowl)
    Health: 64%
    Energy: 31%
Status: Sputtering in shallows.Feathers wet, feeling embaressed.

    Neptune (M Clampearl)
    Health: 64%
    Energy: 40%
    Status: Feeling better, chuckling.

    MLG and Hermes:
    Whirlwind~Fly~Sky Attack
    Elec and Neptune:
    Whirpool~Surf/Icy Wind~Substitute

    Round Six, Begin!

Now Hermes is in a bit of a pickle. Neptune smirks, diving beneath the waves and circling below the squawking owl, round and round, faster and faster... Noting the current's change, Hermes tries to flap his wings in the opposite direction of the current. It's not all that effective- his waterlogged feathers vs. Neptune's superior swimming speed is an ill match-up.(-6% energy) The forming Whirlpool isn't as strong as usual, but the suction is powerful enough to hold Hermes captive. The Noctowl desperately tries to keep his head above water, as Neptune surfaces. (5% damage, -5% energy)

Linking his mind with the ocean around him, Neptune suddenly feels connected to the ocean life around him. Everything makes ripples..and the ripples Hermes is creating at the moment is a disturbance, unnatural. So...he should crush it! Cackling madly, the Clampearl splashes once, creating a large wave, which roars towards Hermes. Hermes' eyes widen, right before the wave knocks the breath out of him and pushes him onto shore, winded. (10% damage, -7% energy) Struggling, he begins to dry off his wings, completely soaked.[/yellow]

Satisfied, Neptune creates a small plush replica of himself, using a mixture of sea salt, seaweed and... uhm, stuffing. (15% damage, -10% energy) The Substitute floats easily in the water, retaining no water. His wings dry now, Hermes takes to the air with incredible speed, glowing a light orange color. He shrieks triumphantly as he darts into the air, banking and building up speed, before dive-bombing down into the substitute. The impact cremates the faux Clampearl, though it had its costs...(15% damage, -12% energy)

    Post-Battle Stats
    Hermes (M Noctowl)
    Health: 49%
    Energy: 25%
Status: Feathers dry, loathe to go for another swim.

    Neptune (M Clampearl)
    Health: 49%
    Energy: 18%
Status: Getting tired, but still overconfident. For a clam.

Arena: Sunny for 2 more turns. Ground has hardened into clay.

    MLG and Hermes:
    Hypnosis ~ Double Team ~ Dream Eater/Nightshade
    Elec and Neptune:
Relax ~ Blizzard ~ Secret Power

    Round Seven, Begin!

Hermes, steamed by his opponent, would like to do the same and sell the delicious clam with butter and lemon juice to the local Swansons, however, his trainer, MLG, reminds him that strategic moves are best used at such a vital time, commanding the Noctowl to use Hypnosis. Its eyes turning a bright white, the Noctowl cocked its head from side to side, creating a sleep-bringing illusion with its psychic power.

Promptly, closing its eyes, Clamperl waited for the attack to stop. It peeked one eye open quickly, to see that Noctowl’s eyes were still white, and quickly closed its eye again, receiving minor effect from the attack.

Noctowl, mistaking his opponent’s closed eyes for sleep, takes advantage of its break and creates a series of clones, lining the shore. Clamperl however, is prepared and sends a massive blue cloud storming over the beach, a colossal amount of hail streaming down and pelting the sand. Noctowls clones were instantly shredded, impaled and frozen, leaving none, while Hermes itself also suffered some damage. But not in vain, as Neptune gasps, running low on energy.

Hermes, taking advantage of the moment closes its eyes and sends a dark, violet ray of psychic energy spiraling from its temple into the tired water pokemon. Neptune, taking the attack well, closes its eyes and the ground begins to shake. Suddenly, a massive pillar of sand rises from deep beneath the layer of clay under Hermes, knocking it aside. The pokemon escapes without any major damage, however its wet wings are now sand encrusted and not usable for flying, as well as a fair amount of grit in its eyes.

    Post-Battle Stats
    Hermes (M Noctowl)
    Health: 37%
    Energy: 8%
Status: Encrusted with sand, cant fly, eyes clouded with dirt particles too.

    Neptune (M Clampearl)
    Health: 44%
    Energy: 5%
Status: Very tired, but still overconfident. For a clam. On the verge of falling asleep.

Arena: Sunny for 1 more turn. Small non-clay hole in ground

Actually, I'd rather DQ this match then wait until the 26th of July, because it's holiday, loads of people have loads of time and I'd like to battle as many people as possible. Instead of wasting a slot on a non-progressing match. Just how I feel.

    I don't know, MH?

Non-progressing? Oh, are we waiting for EME or something? Well, its fine by me, so I guess that MLG takes the win by DQ, if thats cool with everybody.

    MLG -- 2
    MH -- 2
    EME -- 1

Fun match while it lasted guys, laterz.

Thats ok MLG, I completely understand your choice. I was actually debating whether I should just forfeit with such a long delay :/
