Try to find out how they work then, I assume it would be like if I tried to move my right leg I'd move my left arm or something. However, if I couldn't figure out I'd have to yell for help. I live in an apartment building but I wouldn't care if I got accused of disturbance.

Since $60,000,000,000+ is way too much for me... First, I'd divide it up between my friends and supporters. That includes financing TPM's revival and revamping. Then, with the huge amount I had left, I'd hire some programmers to teach/help me to program things with modern code, and in 3-D (two things MMF2 Dev doesn't allow). Finally, I'd pay for advertising for my game so it gains fame and I'd hopefully be able to start a business making games.
