None too pleased with last round, Dogfish recalls his fallen phantom and releases his final Pokemon. Chiuwa is kinda puzzled at the choice, a floating digital creature? But Data is not to be played with. It speeds right toward Chiuwa, and Chiuwa floats and sings its heart out. But the rudimentary glow expands...and soon Chiuwa feels sleepy....

Chiuwa sings itself to sleep! As the puff floats lazily, Data them begins a sequence of commands that culminate in Chiuwa having nightmares! The little girl shakes herself but she dies not awake.

Still sleeping, Chiuwa is a sitting duck as shes just railed upon by Data. This was the big fight? Pfft. Wimp. The Tri attack left a nice streak of color on Chiuwas hide

Chiuwa floats aimlessly as Data continued the Tri Attack barrage. The attack rails Chiuwa, but the pink puff keeps on sleeping. There's a slight crackle, before an electric response flies back at Data. Seems Chi is not out just yet!

Data tries again, hoping that the puff won't retaliate. But its out of luck. The digital Pokemon gets a fight alright, as Chi floats toward it and slams into it pretty hard.

Chi blobs across the stage, determined to get as much health from Data as possible. Data however, spins its head in disagreement, and uses Ctrl+F to find and lock onto the Jiggly. The Psychic blast, yeah Data went flying from it, but it knew where Jiggly was!

Data now floats up from this room's wall and takes aim. The amount of static electricity it was building up was immense, but Jiggly was all about flying into the face of danger. Jiggly spat a plethora of flames to try and melt the bot, but the Zap Cannon blast flew to the right, completely avoiding any flame obstruction. Jiggly pinned the bot in the flames, until the blast hit form behind. Jiggly was knocked forward and slammed into Data, flames extinguishing themselves.

Chi bounces off of Data and floats around aimlessly. That hit was pretty powerful, and there was paralysis to boot? Yeap. Stinking stiff muscles. Data gladly beeped and booped, before revving up and letting off another Tri Attack. Chiuwa went reeling back from that final blow.

Chi looks like its on its last ropes, as Data starts building up speed as it whirls in pace. Soon its a purple cyclone of energy, that goes rocketing toward her! She strives to fight the paralysis, but its just not jiving with her right now, and she's slammed into the wall! Data goes flying in the other direction, shaking its now slightly flattened head.

Data continues and uses the backward momentum as base of its second assault. But Chiuwa can move now! Its not visible to the novice trainer, but Chiuwa creates a shield that sends Data ricocheting in a different direction upon impact.

Free from the electrical constraints once more...Chiuwa realizes Sleep is her best defense right now. Data rockets forth for a third hit, and even though it connects, Chiuwa in undisturbed in her slumber.

It floats with within beaks length of Chi, before letting loose the Zap cannon. The power of the blast sends both Pokemon reeling in opposing directions. Chi however is laced with paralysis all over again

Chi stays immobilized and Data floats back over. It focuses up that signature powerful Tri Attack, and hurtles it toward its foe. The orbs snake toward Chi who is hit all three times by the rogue bursts of elemental power.

Chiuwa floats silently, not realizing how close this battle actually was. Using its newfound strength, Data tries to end this charade, and fires off a souped up Tri Attack. The strengthened blast strikes Chi and jolts her system to damn near its limit, but she can move!

Out of her comes not a blast of energy, but a song. Damned Singing Pokmeon that induce sleep. Data felt its systems shutting down one by one.

Prolly the fiery third is what let her muscles relax just enough to get that out. In ant event, Data was sound asleep, leaving Chi to actually reap rewards. Instantly, a chiming sound rang through the Vortex, heralding the freeing of those electric bonds.

Now it was time for revenge. With Data still asleep, Chi wistfully began nibbling on its dreams. Any health was good health at this point.

DF's sure cutting it close in this match. But he keeps hope that his Data will rally though in the end. Data stays in safe mode as the 'puff gets some energy back. There's a beep..and a boop and then all sorts of flashes start lighting up around Data.

Chi doesn't know what to expect until it flies at him. Chiuwa freak out and tries to shield it...And then watches it got through him! Hoo praise the LAWD for a Shadowball.

Knowing there's no time to waste Chi starts at those Dreams again. Another satisfying HP regain there, and Data blinks, having finished its recovery. After being incorrectly shut down, Data readies to eliminate the anomoly. The Tri blast of power fired, and Chi squeaks, before being struck by the hefty blast.

Chiuwa readies to fire another Fire Blast, but Data is too fast this time, a Second bombardment of those elemental spheres spells the end of Chiuwas involvement. Chiuwa floats aimlessly, and Data backs away, having successfully defendied his first Gym challenge.
